Drum / shaman drum / frame drum

The drum is probably the best-known shamans tool. Hardly anyone who can relate to the term shaman doesn’t have a drum in the back of their mind.

And indeed, the drum is a very important companion of a shaman. She helps him to go into a trance and on a shamanic journey to the other world.

Although a drum is not absolutely necessary, a shaman can also connect with the spiritual world without any aids. But it helps him, creates a defined framework and also involves his clients in the work.

And depending on the cultural background, drumming is also expected of him, so that his work can only be accepted if he fulfills this expectation. Imagine a Catholic service where the priest leaves out half of it … the visitors would reject his work.

How such a drum should be constructed varies greatly from culture to culture. The more traditional the shaman is, the more he has to consider. Some shamanic cultures, for example, demand that they be made from a sacred tree in accordance with a variety of rituals that are passed down from generation to generation.

Whereas the modern European shaman is allowed to go much more by what he experiences directly from the spiritual world.

Because in this country we hardly have a continuous tradition that we have to strictly follow.

This explains the many different approaches to the shaman drum and shamanism in general.

Playing style

The shaman drum is usually struck with a drumstick, more rarely with the bare hand. And in a constant rhythm that creates a light trance over time.

This constant rhythm is at a frequency between 4 and 8 Hz. This frequency amplifies the theta waves that can be measured in the brain in this state.

These states have already been scientifically investigated several times, admittedly only in relation to measurable physical sensations and phenomena, but still.

The shaman can use his drum not only to put himself into a light trance, but also into complete ecstasy, depending on the culture in which he works and what is expected of him.

The shaman does not really “play” the drum, but rather surrenders to the drum and the Otherworld, or works together with the drum. The exact frequency of the drumming can never be determined beforehand and the rhythm, pitch and volume can vary during the drumming without the shaman consciously influencing this.

How do I get a shaman drum?

Opinions differ on this question and the answers can sometimes be extreme.

Some would love to go into the forest, cut down the tree for the wood, then kill a deer with their bare hands, strip it and work on the skin.

Then cut up the tree with axes, build a frame from the full wood and cover it naked, facing east, with the skin on a hollow path at midnight. Sing sacred songs and then only use the drum in sacred moments.

Others say: “just buy one from Amazon”.

The truth lies somewhere in between and has to be found out by everyone who wants a drum. Following your own instincts is certainly a good approach.

If you feel like it, you can build one yourself. There are various instructions online as well as seminars and courses. I myself regularly offer a drum building course, see: Drum building seminar

If you don’t feel like building one yourself, just buy one. Whether it’s a drum from a flea market or one built by a shaman is up to you. Here you can find the drums I have built and are for sale: Drums & Rattles

Frame drum

The drums used by shamans are usually frame drums, i.e. drums with flat frames that are covered on one side, or more rarely on both sides, with drum skin, i.e. an untanned animal skin.

In musical circles, the distinction between frame drum and cylinder drum is even defined in the so-called Hornbostel-Sachs system. This states that the height of the frame of a frame drum may not exceed the head radius. Everything above this results in a cylinder drum.

However, this does not really matter for the shaman, as the frame height of most shaman drums is well below this limit.

The frame does not necessarily have to be round, it can take on any shape that is technically feasible. The most common shape is probably the circle, closely followed by polygons with different numbers of corners.

Irregularly shaped frames are also known, for example those made from grown tree slices. Rare and therefore very exclusive are triangular frame drums that produce a very special sound

Frame drums are struck either with a mallet or by hand. The types of mallets vary greatly, from leather, felt and cork to combinations of these, everything is conceivable that produces a good sound.

Sometimes additional cymbals, bells, jingles or metal rings are attached to or in the frame, which resonate with the drums and make additional noises.

The frame drum is probably one of the oldest drum types of all, with depictions from Mesopotamia dating back to around 3000 B.C. These depictions show women holding frame drums strung on both sides in front of them. Perhaps they are also combinations of drum and rattle.

They are almost certainly not musical instruments but ritual objects.

But this type of drum probably made the rounds quite quickly and can be found as shaman drums in northern Europe, especially in Lapland and throughout Asia, mainly in Mongolia.

It is just as common in North and South America, frame drums are known among the Indians and the Spanish and Portuguese conquistadors brought them to South America.

They are also known in the Orient. Here, however, it is more of a musical instrument that is struck with the fingers. This design has also been known in Italy for a long time. It even appears in the Old Testament of the Christian Bible.

Types

The construction of a frame drum is very simple. A (usually) dehaired but not tanned animal skin is stretched over a frame, which is usually made of wood but can also be made of plastic or metal.

In the simplest case, the tension is created by drying the skin. If an untanned animal hide gets wet, it expands. If you stretch them wet over the frame and leave them to dry, the tension will be created automatically.

Most shaman drums are built in this way, as they do not require any major technical gimmicks, metal parts or even plastic.

The disadvantage is that these drums are sensitive to moisture. If the humidity is too high or if it gets wet, the tension drops and the drum sound becomes deeper, or it no longer sounds at all because the tension is gone.

Then it has to be dried again by placing it in the sun, keeping it in the living room at home or holding it by the fire. Shamans even appreciate these qualities, because a drum is not a “dead” object but a living being that is not always available at all times.

For musical purposes, frame drums are fitted with tuning screws with which the tension of the drum skin can be adjusted. This means they can be matched to other instruments. Tunable drums can of course also be used for shamanic purposes.

Recently, there have also been designs with inserted bicycle tubes that stretch the skin via pumped-in air pressure. Whether you want to work shamanically with a drum that has a rubber tube inside it is up to you.

Animal suffering

Another “trend” is plastic diaphragms, which have long been used in drums. These drums are often offered as “vegan” drums. The argument is then that you don’t want to have a drum for which an animal has died.

However, this is hardly a valid argument, as the goat, calf, deer, reindeer etc. skins used for shaman drums all come from animals that were slaughtered for food and certainly not to make a drum.

The skins are often downright “waste products” that are even thrown away.

In itself, everyone has to decide for themselves, shamanic journeying is also possible with a plastic drum.

Imagine you are an Ikea shelf. You are produced in a factory, many parts belong to you and at the end of this production line all your parts come together. Some of them go into a plastic bag, others are practically stacked and then everything goes into a box.

You walk into the store and someone ends up buying you and taking you home. You are already looking forward to your life, because you are a really beautiful shelf. And well thought out.

There you are unpacked and … oh shock … the first thing your buyer does is throw away the instructions. He has bought a shelf, but he actually needs a table. And so he kind of nails you down.

In the end, there really is something like a table. Not a perfect table, because your pieces were supposed to become a shelf. But a table that works. It has a plate on top and is reasonably stable. And so from now on you will be used as a table. The parts you have not installed are somewhere in the crawling box.

It doesn’t look really good and it’s not really very stable either. At some point you start to wobble. A few strips and screws from the DIY store will keep you stable for a while, but in the end you will collapse.

That’s not what you had in mind, is it? Where are the parts that were not installed? Where is the shelf? Now there’s just a pile of boards.

Who are you and if so how many … ?

Are you already living or are you just functioning as is expected of you, but without really knowing why? Do you recognize yourself on our Ikea shelf? Do you sometimes feel like you’ve been put together wrong? As if there are still parts that you can’t see because they’re in some drawer? Are you beginning to realize that this is not healthy and want to change it? Or have you already stopped working and are looking for a way out? Is perhaps only the path still unclear?

Or is the path clear, but something is still standing in the way, something is still hanging? The path may not quite work yet. Something is still wrong somewhere, you can’t find the right approach?

Do you lack the money to make a change or the time or both? Are you a single parent and can’t see any way forward? Are you stuck in a situation that seems hopeless, but you can’t stay in it?

No matter …

Regardless of whether it’s professional or private – you can’t really separate the two anyway – the proverbial devil is often in the detail.

In our society, no one has taught us how to find our way. On the contrary, we are given a few paths and then we have to follow them. Whether we like it or not. After all, we’ve always done it and life is not a pony farm. Who doesn’t know these sayings?

The life task

Does THE one task in life even exist? From a spiritual point of view, we do not incarnate here in this world entirely by chance. We arrive here with a specific set of topics, with a bundle of gifts and skills and also tasks.

A bit like an IKEA shelf, unfortunately without instructions. Basically with everything we need, but no one tells us how it all fits together. Often it doesn’t seem to fit, then we are made to fit by life.

Even if five screws, three boards and a hinge are left over and end up in the drawer. You will somehow function in this way, but it will break you.

At least you won’t be happy with it. You can only do this if you build yourself the way you created yourself. This is the only way you can do what you have come to do in this life and the only way you can be happy.

The solution

As always, the solution lies with you, even if you didn’t cause the problem. But who do you want to change, apart from yourself? This also has advantages, because if the solution lies with you, no one can stop you from bringing it to life.

Admittedly, when you’re in a situation like this, you have the problem that you can’t even name a lot of the things that seem to be missing. Because you may have been missing it since your earliest childhood. Some people seem to arrive here incomplete because they have already split off parts of themselves before they were born. Often due to ancestral themes.

That’s where I come in, because I can see you. And completely. I not only see you as you are now, I also see the parts you have in the drawer without knowing about them. They’re not gone, you’re not living them because you don’t know them.

I can’t tell you what your life path looks like because you always create it yourself anyway. But I can help you find the seemingly missing parts and integrate them. You will become complete and that will change your whole world.

What are you waiting for?

Feel free to write to me about where you are right now, even if you can’t find the words or don’t know where to go.

Shamanic journey and sacred space

Here is some background information for the interested layman. A little look under the hood of shamanic work, so to speak. Admittedly only a small and very superficial insight. Anything else would certainly go beyond the scope of this article.

Shamanic journey

The shaman understands a shamanic journey as a conscious connection with the spiritual world and its entities, such as spirit helpers or nature beings.

An experienced shaman does not necessarily need this framework because he can also connect with the spiritual world naturally and without great effort at any time. However, such a framework is particularly useful and helpful for more complex issues or when working with clients.

How such a journey is organized varies greatly. A very popular tool is the shaman drum, a specific type of frame drum. It puts the shaman and the client into a light trance state, which makes it easier to block out the material world and concentrate fully on the spiritual level.

The drum is struck in a steady hypnotic rhythm that often corresponds to the heart rate of the person, but does not necessarily have to do so. The drum rhythm varies from user to user and from case to case.

Various types of rattles or other percussion instruments are also common aids. The only important thing is the constant rhythm to promote the trance state.

In the process, everyday life and the material world are partially faded out up to full trance, in which the shaman is almost exclusively in the other world. Although this is rarely practiced, because as a shaman it is about connecting both worlds and not about leaving one of them.

The procedure

The beginning of a shamanic journey is often a small ritual, for example, the cardinal points are invoked, Mother Earth or the heavens, the sacred space is opened, the personal spirit helpers are called and, if necessary, the ancestors.

This initial ritual serves to generate an energetic protection under which it is possible to work and it serves to focus the shaman and the client completely on the goal of the journey.

After this ritual, this small ceremony, the drumming or rattling begins for the time it takes to realize the intention in the spiritual world. This can be a few minutes or many hours.

At the same time, the shaman always maintains contact with the material world, he does not leave this world completely. Which is why he can never “forget” the way back, he cannot get lost in the spiritual world.

As a layperson, it makes sense to be accompanied on your first shamanic journeys. You can’t “get stuck”, as some horror stories would have you believe. But the first few trips in particular can also bring up frightening or at least unsettling images.

It is good to have an experienced shaman there to help process the experience afterwards.

If you would like to learn shamanic journeying, take a look at my beginners’ seminar. This is precisely to give you the confidence you need to continue working on your own.

Sacred space / shelter

The shaman understands the sacred space as a spiritual shelter, an energetic framework in which his shamanic work can take place.

There are several reasons why the sacred space makes sense. First of all, he ensures that the shamanic work takes place in a protected environment. External influences are muted, except for those that are explicitly included in the work.

You can compare it to closing your own office door so that you can make a phone call in peace. It also works with the door open, but then you are constantly disturbed.

But it is not only about protection, the shaman also asks for the help of his spirits and, if necessary, the local spirits or the spirits of the client.

The opening ritual sets a clear starting point for the shamanic work and the closing ritual ends it again, both at a clear point in time.

When will the sacred space be opened

In principle, the sacred space is opened before any kind of shamanic work. Whether working with clients or alone and whether the shaman works in his practice or in other places.

It is opened before each job and closed again afterwards. However, this does not have to happen after every client in the practice. The Sacred Space can remain open until the day’s work is done.

How the sacred space is set up

There is no definitive recipe for this, because the way it is done was and is different in all cultures. A Mongolian shaman will have different rituals for this than a Peruvian shaman, and a Peruvian shaman will have different rituals than a German shaman.

One basic possibility, for example, is to invoke the cardinal points plus Mother Earth and Father Sky. Either in words or in prayers or in songs or simply in silent prayer.

The many elements of fire, earth, water and air are often called upon. You can ask your spirit helpers and power animals for help and guidance, the ancestors, helpful nature beings and, if necessary, the spirits of the client.

Protection is requested, but also the necessary energy for the work. Active help is requested and thanks are expressed.

You can turn to the cardinal points and smoke something, for example. Depending on the application, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a ritual. An experienced shaman can set up a sacred space within seconds without an outsider noticing.

Or he makes a half-hour ritual out of it, if that seems advisable and/or the client possibly expects and needs it.

Here too, the actual process takes place on a mental level and requires neither time nor space, so it does not necessarily have to be visible.

The closing of the sacred space at the end of the work often takes place in the reverse order to the opening. However, this does not necessarily have to be the case and depends on the user and the application.

Would you like to learn how it works in practice and try it out for yourself? Then let us accompany you.

Freeway

“Wir fahrn, fahrn fahrn fahrn auf der Autobahn …” who still knows the song? The band “Kraftwerk” released it in 1974 and as I write this article, it is playing in the background. This version lasts 34 minutes, which is quite long. For the fact that the song doesn’t really contain many lyrics. But highway driving is the same, lots of time, little content. I think the song is pretty cool. Sometimes. Why only?

Is a highway shamanic?

But why am I writing about highways and long songs now? It’s not about the song, but actually about the highway, at least metaphorically. I’ve just been to Gran Canaria and drove from Maspalomas on the highway to Telde. Three lanes, reasonably bearable traffic.

And as is the case when driving on the highway, I thought about this and that. I’ve driven a lot of highways in my life, most of them in Germany, of course, because that’s where I’ve spent most of my time.

It’s exciting to see the different types of riders there are and, depending on my mood, I’ve been able to recognize almost all of them. Including the tailgater, I have to admit, even though I don’t like him at all, I personally find that quite rude. I haven’t done that often either. Really not.

Sometimes I was fast, then slow again. Sometimes comfortably in the right lane, no matter how slow I was going, sometimes at over 200 km/h in the left lane, leaving (almost) everyone behind me.

There are those who always stay on the right, others are always on the left, some sneak in the middle lane, others are sometimes on the right and sometimes on the left and others somewhere in between. In Mexico, for example. You wouldn’t believe how many lanes a three-lane Mexican highway can have …

Sometimes …

Sometimes you don’t want to leave the right-hand lane at all. Because it bobs along so comfortably and you don’t have to be so careful behind the truck at 80 km/h. And because as soon as you pull to the left, you often become the target of “speeders”, who don’t find it funny when they come roaring along at 200 km/h and you pull out at 80.

You’ll attract hatred, obstruct someone and have to endure the headlights.

Of course, you then accelerate and maybe even enough to overtake the tailgater, which is probably quite embarrassing for him. That’s going to get you a hater’s retort, but who cares if it comes from far behind?

But first you have to overcome the challenge of pulling out to the left. To put up with disturbing someone. To attract criticism. To stand out. Perhaps even negative. Phew, it’s better to stay to the right. Even if it might only go on at 60 or even less. But before you face the criticism of others, it’s better not to say anything.

Until you can’t go any further and you’re either in the right-hand lane or you get over yourself. Not easy at all. Especially when you are already stationary and traffic is still flowing to your left. How are you supposed to get out then? No one ever lets you in anyway. All rude show-offs. All of them!

What have I really been thinking about?

Not about highways and lanes, but about life and how to act in it. Or formulated as a question: Which lane are you driving in?

Are you on the far right, out of sheer comfort or fear? Or because you think you can’t do any more? Watching everyone pass you by? Do you know that they all arrive long before you get anywhere? Do you also prefer to stop completely on the right rather than pulling out to the left and accelerating?

Because you might be jostled or honked at from behind? Because you might have to push your way out. Because then you become visible and naturally have to step on the gas? Because there is no one on the left to invite you and you have to take your own place?

And you don’t like that? Taking what you need for yourself? Yes, who else is going to give you that? Is someone coming to serve you? Not on the highway and not in life either.

Again and again

I hear this from time to time from people who actually want to, but don’t dare to be able to. They actually know where they want to go, they have the skills, but they don’t dare to change lanes.

It’s better to stay right behind the truck, the boss, the parents, the partner, all the excuses, even if you can’t go any further at some point.

Are left-hand drivers also the absolute evil for you? With their fat show-off cars and the arrogance of wanting to drive faster than others? Is there perhaps a bit of envy because you would also like to overtake?

Or do you think you can’t go any faster? Maybe because your whole family has always been on the right track? Don’t you want to be the first to drop out? Or have you heard about Uncle Willi, who tried that once and then failed and now nobody dares to do anything because nobody likes to be like Willi?

Are you waiting for the long gap on the left where you can pull out without having to squeeze in? Are you perhaps waiting for the big invitation?

The metaphor

I think the highway metaphor is pretty apt. Because the question in life is also: do you stay to the right, take what you are given and sneak along? Or do you change lanes and drive at your own pace, even at the risk of being much faster than everyone else?

You can, because life doesn’t just have two or three tracks, it has an infinite number, including one for you. Who knows YOUR pace. If you always stay to the right, you’ll never find them.

And you are sitting in a car that is definitely faster than 80 km/h for the right-hand lane. And after all, a highway doesn’t just have lanes, but also exits and parking spaces. Ever thought of that? You can drive out at any time, entirely because you are heading for a worthwhile destination next to the highway. Or temporarily, because you’re getting a coffee or simply closing your eyes for a moment. And then you get back on and choose your lane.

You will just have to be active. Yes, that “have to” again. Nobody is forcing you to change your life. You can stay to the right or drive into the ditch and give up. Nobody is forcing you to do anything. You can also continue to make excuses as to why this is not possible.

No problem, nobody will judge you for it, and I certainly won’t. But IF you decide to change your life for the better, THEN you have to do something. And that is to set the blinker and change lanes. And then step on the gas. And THAT is where I can help you.

Ideally, you should live your dream instead of dreaming your life. Ideally, you are YOU, with all your potential, with all your energy, with everything you have brought into this life. But what is ideal nowadays … ?

A story

Let me tell you a story. It’s actually two stories about two people who couldn’t have been more different. They both really existed, these stories are not made up.

Let’s call them Klaus and Frank, the names are made up, you’ll find out why below. Let’s start with Klaus.

Klaus

Even as a child, Klaus was more of a dreamer. Very sensitive, often misunderstood and not really fitting into the system. But he got through it well, did what he was supposed to do and was even more or less successful at school. His parents were also behind it, making sure that he studied and did his homework.

He wasn’t too interested in what was taught at school, but his grades were good and he quickly got a good apprenticeship. At the municipal utilities. It’s a secure job, public service, you can’t go wrong.

Not really a dream job, but a training position. And that was important, his parents assured him. Even when he wanted to drop out of his apprenticeship because the job wasn’t really for him, they assured him of this and of course he listened to them. No, you can’t drop out of an apprenticeship.

So he went through with it and then even made a career in another company. Family, children, car, apartment, the whole program, he managed it well. Somehow. It worked. A little hobby for after work.

Happy? Well, “passt scho”, as the Bavarian says. No more, but also no less.

Frank

Frank was completely different. He was always an adventurer, even as a child. Tried everything, had lots of friends and was at the forefront of every nonsense. He only listened to his parents sporadically at best, there was so much to discover in the world.

I went through school like nothing, right up to the Abitur. After that he didn’t study something boring, but founded a company, ignored all the doubters and naggers and made it big with the company, earned millions and had a lot of fun.

He was just as good with money as he was with people. Investing, speculating, shares, real estate etc… no problem at all. Because Frank could also think hard and delve into such topics.

Frank just did his thing and he was happy with it. And if not, then he simply changed something. Nobody tried to stop him.

He also no longer lived in Germany, at least not permanently and certainly not in winter. Caribbean, Asia, America, he went wherever he wanted to go. Sailing boat, own airplane, big car, whatever. He was able to get it and if not, he always knew how he could manage it.

He also packed his family and children in with him, and that went just as smoothly as everything else. He just did something, was active, solved problems when they arose. Not a problem for him.

Why am I telling you this?

But why am I telling you this? I have written about myself. Yes, both times. I am Klaus AND Frank. Sounds strange? It is not at all. Klaus was me in “real” life and Frank was me in my dream world.

Both were and are real, including the dream world. But this dream world existed in a different reality, on a different level. Now you could say, why didn’t you make the dream world come true back then?

Yes, good question. Simple answer: Because there was no connection. Sure, I had this dream world and I also knew that there were people who lived this dream world for real. I even knew some.

But that one link that would have enabled me to make the dream world a reality was somehow not there. Like a missing part in a machine that was not supplied. A missing screw in the Ikea shelf, without which you can’t assemble it. And which you don’t have delivered to you because the idea is somehow missing.

The idea that the dream world could be realized was not even there. Let alone a path. The possibility of making the dream world real did not exist in my life at that time. Missing screw. Was not delivered. Point.

The problem

Many people are at this or a similar point. They live a “real” life and it works. For some, it even works very well – job, house, car, family and so on – and is not directly terrible.

But in the background there is another level with life as it should be. This life is also real, but on a completely different level.

Some people know this world in great detail, as I did back then. Others just have a feeling that there is still something there. If … yes, if there wasn’t this one piece missing. This link that would make the dream world realizable in reality.

The big thing is not even that current life is dramatically bad. No, that works. Somehow. It works and if you get hit on the head again, then you swallow it. It does go on somehow.

The pressure is never so great that you are completely on the ground. It’s more of a latent suffering, with the feeling that there must still be something there … but how to get there? Besides, everything is actually fine somehow. And with something to lose, do you really want to risk a big change? What if it goes wrong … ?

Well, what would Frank have said?

All by itself?

No, certainly not that. Nothing moves on its own. You must … yes, quite deliberately, I write “you must” here. The spiritual scene likes to tell you that you don’t have to do anything, that you can do everything and that it’s enough if you manifest it, then it will come. If you just go into love enough and do everything with ease …

No, big misunderstanding. Sure, if your desire is to become a millionaire, you can sit on the couch and manifest your millions, that’s actually a pretty good idea to start with. But after that, they won’t just fly into your account, you’ll see opportunities to earn them.

And yes, you have to. You have to take chances, you have to work, you have to create, you have to go out and and and … but you will see that this is a completely different “have to” than before. Because it leads you to yourself and your life.

I was allowed (sic!) to learn that. Sometimes the painful way. No dream is born from sitting around. But from active action. And that includes the whole journey, from recognizing that your dreams can become real, to working on the blockages that seem to prevent this, to taking concrete steps, to accepting the harvest.

Now I’m Klaus AND Frank and that’s pretty cool.

Alone or with help

You can accept help in this way or not. I had a lot of help, even if it wasn’t structured. I practically fought my way from station to station. A lot of trial and even more error. But it was worth it, now I have realized a lot of my dreams from back then. Maybe not everything, but some dreams have also faded or changed. And I still have some ahead of me, I’m still in the middle of my journey.

If you like, I can accompany you. Because I know the path well, after all, I have walked it. I have developed processes that can help you to do the same. Faster and more efficient than I was back then. And that’s what I do every day with my clients.

There are people who are “small employees” and suddenly they feel that they can actually get out of it. Suddenly they see that there are ways to generate 50,000 or 100,000 or even more a month as an entrepreneur. Suddenly you can not only feel it but also put it into practice. Very real. And that’s no hocus-pocus, others can do it too.

Or others see ways out of an oppressive family situation. Ways out of relationships with partners or parents that are characterized by narcissistic or other patterns of abuse or by seemingly unsolvable dependencies.

Or they see that they don’t have to live in a certain country, a certain city or a certain apartment. That what they have been dreaming of all their lives can really be realized. Because it might actually be better for them somewhere else. Or where they are, just implemented differently.

There are people who suddenly find access to their dreams and find ways to make them real. There are some really blatant things in there. And the great thing is: if you have a clear goal and can see the way, you’re already halfway there. Then you can manage the rest.

If not?

If you don’t want help right now, go on alone, that’s okay too. But GO, for heaven’s sake. Don’t sit around dreaming, go out and put it into practice. What could happen, in the worst case scenario you’ll be happy!

Anyone with a little knowledge of economic relationships will realize that the major currencies are no longer doing so well. The money supply inflates, and inflation logically follows on its heels. The economy is weakening, commodities that were thought to be safe are suddenly in short supply and it is not entirely clear why.

The media seem to have resorted to spreading more and more propaganda instead of providing facts – all media, from TV to newspapers to the Internet. Fear arises and is also deliberately stirred up.

At the same time, the gap between rich and poor is widening and politically the center is getting smaller and smaller, while the right and left are getting bigger and bigger. Opportunities and prosperity are increasingly unequally distributed and the number of people who are demanding and asking for more and more is growing alarmingly fast. Politicians seem at a loss, and voting no longer promises a solution.

In short, the air is getting thinner for the wealthy and people are thinking about how to keep their hard-earned assets safe. Somehow it all seems new and quite frightening. At least none of us has ever experienced anything like it.

The story

Anyone who studies history or reads books such as Ray Dalio’s “World Order in Transition: The Rise and Fall of Nations” (highly recommended, by the way) will slowly realize that it is not so easy to see through this situation.

What we are heading towards right now is not a simple financial crisis or a normal downturn, as they occur again and again at manageable intervals and can be sat out. No, what we are currently experiencing is the final phase of two large economic areas on which we depend. This also happens again and again, but at such great intervals that hardly anyone ever experiences two such phases.

And even if these phases are always repeated, they are never quite the same. The principle is always the same, but the details are very different.

Under no circumstances

There are two things you should never do in such a phase:

Get scared. Is everything collapsing? A nuclear war is coming? We are all going to die? Yes, possibly, at least we will all die. At some point. Mostly at the end of our lives. But fear is still a very bad advisor, because when it leads you, everything goes haywire.

Bury your head in the sand. That won’t work either, because if the situation changes dramatically, you should react and adapt. Simply doing nothing and hoping is just as stupid as running around in circles in fear.

So take a deep breath!

So far

Earning money, increasing it and keeping it has never been easy. It has always taken hard work, a lot of knowledge and a little bit of luck. Even in times of clear upswing, you had to use your hands and your mind to climb.

But there were guidelines and predictable framework conditions. Anyone who invested in German real estate a few decades ago had to be extremely stupid not to make a profit or even lose everything in the long term.

It was also possible to achieve something with shares and other forms of investment at a reasonable risk. With your own company anyway. Even as a saver you could achieve something. And many people have followed this path and are now enjoying their well-earned prosperity.

And now?

But now everything is shaky, not even the usual currency is stable. Maybe you’ve already retired and wanted to enjoy what you’ve built up. And now you are being forced to become active again. And perhaps much more actively than you would like, because everything, really everything, that you thought was certain is suddenly no longer certain.

Look at the history of the last thousand years. What can happen when large economic areas disappear and have to make way for others? Practically everything. Everything is possible, from peaceful restructuring to world war, and nobody can predict what exactly will happen and what will follow. Throughout history, not even the gold buried in the garden has always been completely safe. Real estate (including the garden with the gold), shares and companies certainly not. But remember: don’t succumb to fear!

Now you’re sitting there and instead of resting peacefully, you have to figure out how to get your stuff to safety. And maybe your family as well. At worst, they only know boom phases, vote green and have no idea what lies ahead.

But even if you inherited your assets rather than earning them yourself, you still have a problem. Because even then you have to secure it and, if you’re unlucky, you still have the oppressive feeling on the back of your neck that hopefully you won’t be the one to mess up the family fortune.

The pressure can be enormous, there’s a huge responsibility involved and it can weigh you down like a ton. It’s difficult to make confident decisions with such a weight. It’s tempting to just sit there, but that will definitely ruin you. Because no matter how an economic area collapses, those who are left behind end up with nothing.

What I cannot do

I can’t tell you what will happen next either. Neither economically nor politically. I’m just as much in the dark as you are. To be honest, I even have similar problems, because I too have to think about how to get my assets through these wild times.

And my family, which is even more important than the assets. That’s one of the reasons why we went traveling two years ago, in search of places that were better for us. Was that the right thing to do? I have no idea. Maybe I’m leading my family straight to ruin. We’ll be smarter afterwards.

In short. I can’t tell you what to do, nobody can at the moment.

What I can do

But what I can do is accompany you on the path to your full strength. A state in which you can make quick and tough decisions at any time without panicking and without falling prey to the omnipresent fear-mongering.

Without getting into eternal thought spirals with yourself or with long-dead ancestors. Without this fear of failing spectacularly. Without the feeling that everyone is watching you until you finally make mistakes when you break new ground.

You are at your full strength when you walk through even the biggest shit upright. If you are able to get up again as often as you like and carry on. In your full strength, you don’t have this weight of tons on your shoulders.

You are at your full strength when it no longer matters whether the world is stable or unstable, because you can rely 100% on not panicking at any time, but acting with confidence.

In your full strength, you will make the best possible decision for you at all times and you will always find a solution that is largely independent of the behavior of others.

In your full power, you can direct your (financial) reality through your energy alone!

Will that be enough to get through the times ahead? I can’t tell you that, but your chances are infinitely higher in your full strength than slumped, small and desperate.

How do we do that?

What depresses and pulls you down is not the situation itself. There is no real danger of losing everything.

It is the fear of fear. It’s that nasty little gnome in your neck that calls you a failure when you mess up. It is the grinning faces of your ancestors or your family that haunt your thoughts. It is the echo of your parents, whom you perhaps couldn’t please back then or who didn’t see you as you really are.

It’s these stomach pains that plague you, this nagging insecurity, this lack of stability.

It may have been there before, but you never noticed it because you could do something about it. There were frameworks, guidelines, recommendations and, if necessary, you did what everyone else did. It has worked often enough.

But that’s all gone now. There is no more support, there is only you. You are now that little girl or boy again who is separated from her parents for the first time and suddenly has to cope on her own. That was a challenge when you were a child and it is a challenge now. Let’s make sure that you now look like an adult and not unconsciously like a child again.

You are now suddenly once again the plaything of your ancestors’ behavioral patterns, who had to make completely different decisions in completely different times. Unfortunately, you have inherited their solutions and they are trying to overlay your own solutions. Until you dissolve them.

You are standing there alone now and really no one in this world can tell you what will happen next. Nobody. You’re the only one standing there and you have to do something now.

A crazy idea, isn’t it?

Being in your power means still being able to stand securely even when you are completely alone. To still be safe even when everything is falling apart. And keep going, even if you can’t see any way at all. And you can even take your family with you if you need to. You will still be standing afterwards when the masses are lying on the ground. And it will, because everyone will never take personal responsibility.

Historically, it has always been the minority, because this path requires a bit of work on yourself. Not everyone likes that and that’s why not everyone can ever save their assets. You can do it, it’s no coincidence that you’ve read this article to the end.

That means being in your full power and if you want, I will accompany you there. It can be done, even if it’s not always easy. But let’s be honest, if you were the type for easy routes, you wouldn’t have a fortune to secure right now …

Who is to blame?

The issue of guilt is one that has probably accompanied mankind since the dawn of thought. Who doesn’t know this from themselves and from other people? If something doesn’t go according to plan, someone or something is always to blame. Immediately. Always.

You are to blame! … Or not?

Even if we are not quite sure what is happening, we usually know directly who or what is to blame. When our money is no longer enough to heat our homes, we know it’s the fault of the politicians and the lousy job.

And because demonstrating hasn’t worked so far, because the stupid politicians don’t understand that they are stupid, we are annoyed. Also about the boss, who should slowly understand what we do. But he prefers to pocket the money himself. What an ass.

The tax office is also to blame, by the way, and the health insurance company. And the media anyway, with their lies. The general economic situation is also to blame and the capitalists who got us there. Or was it the socialists? Or the Nazis? No matter. Guilt.

And when some shaman comes along and talks about personal responsibility and how I can step out of my role as a victim, then he’s probably off his rocker. Everyone could create their own life the way they want. He’s out of his mind. If I am raped, am I to blame myself?

Or if there’s a landslide and I’m in a wheelchair and the exit door is stuck because the volcano is also erupting, then I’m probably to blame too? Did I manifest this myself or what? And the children starving in Africa, he probably has no idea what real life is like, he’s sitting in his Spirit Tower and I could solve my problems with his prices … ok, I get it. Let me explain:

An example

An example from my own life comes to mind. I haven’t always been a shaman, I started my career in the chemical industry. I know, it’s not shamanic at all and at the beginning it was really low in terms of salary. So much for “with prices like that I could …” I could do without. But that’s not the point.

During this time, I was responsible for quality management at a chemical distributor for several years. It was a lot about processes and, of course, the mistakes that happened from time to time.

An unloved task of a quality manager is to take care of these errors, namely all errors that occur throughout the company. So I was more or less often given so-called error logs and then I had to find out what had happened, why it had happened and – very importantly – how it could be prevented in future.

As you can guess from reading it, it was quite often about guilt. The customer makes a complaint and of course contacts the sales representative with his complaint. The sales department is angry because the error happened in the warehouse and blames the warehouse. The warehouse is angry because the error only happened because the shipping department didn’t write out the papers correctly. The shipping department is angry because the sales department has passed on unclear instructions. What the sales department vehemently rejects is that the instructions would have been crystal clear, they would have written an email. But the apprentice from the dispatch department didn’t forward it, so it’s his fault. No, he didn’t, because that wouldn’t have been his job and the warehouse could have thought along with him, because they really always make this mistake …

Do you see where this is going? Certainly not to a solution. In the end, there was indeed bitter trench warfare between the individual departments in this company. Because once an accusation is made, people hit back and in the end the situation escalates.

This eats up time, money and nerves. Above all nerves. Especially the nerves of the quality manager.

The solution

And there were indeed solutions. The case described above with the complaint was not invented, it actually happened. Several times, with the same error and, stupidly, even several times with the same customer. Some of my gray hair started back then.

If the departments had been left to their own devices, at some point they would have gone at each other with machetes and the customer would have simply bought from the competition. Well, the management knew how to prevent the former, but the solution came from a completely different direction.

Neither the sales department, nor the dispatch department, nor the warehouse, nor the trainee were “to blame” and the solution was not found there either. This lay in changing the process on which all the actions were based. A few changes to the IT system, a few new work instructions, a short training session so that everyone knew how things should work in future and the error was gone.

What do we learn from this?

It does you absolutely no good to know who is to blame. Regardless of whether someone is at fault or not, it’s always about finding the solution! And this is often not at all where someone seems to be doing something wrong.

The solution often does not lie with the people involved. In the example, the process was simply not optimal because the requirements had changed over time. In other situations, information may be missing or – and this is very common – you simply can’t see where the solution might be because you only know part of the whole.

This was not visible to those involved in the example above. This is because neither the sales department, nor the warehouse, nor the dispatch department and certainly not the trainee usually know the overall context. They all know their job and the interfaces to the others. Nothing more, because nobody can know their day-to-day business AND the big picture. That is simply asking too much.

That’s why there was someone like me back then, the quality manager. My job was not to know all the details, but to understand the entire process. And that’s how I found the solution. A solution that none of the parties involved could have found.

And what does that have to do with me?

You may be asking yourself that now. But be honest, how often do you blame someone for something? Your partner, your children, your colleagues, your boss, politics, Mercury retrograde, your ancestors or even yourself?

We humans do this all the time, we don’t even realize it anymore. Realize this and then take a step back in your mind and think about what a solution could look like.

The solutions

Of course, not everyone has the exclusive opportunity of a quality manager to simply adapt the processes. In our lives, we are often confronted with forces that simply seem overpowering.

All too often we feel completely powerless and then we can’t because … For this to happen, this and that would first have to happen, this and that person would have to realize their injustice or the masses would have to “wake up”. Besides, we are single parents, work 50 hours a week anyway and have no money for someone to help. And he only wants to sell something anyway. In short: nobody can help us! That’s right! Nothing to do!

Often we even seem to know the solution, we certainly do. We already know exactly who needs to change to make it work. The person would just have to realize that. Or we would first have to earn more money, have more vacation, more time, more something. But as long as the others keep us down …

Stop!

Can you tell? It’s like the sales department blaming the bearing, even though it wasn’t the bearing’s fault. Nothing changes this way, you’re like an engineer with building blocks.

The solution

Take another step back and look at what you can influence. Which players in this game can YOU influence without having to rely on them to change?

There is usually just one and that is YOU.

“Yes, then it’s my fault again, isn’t it”, “that was obvious” … NO! You are not. It’s not about who is to blame, but who can initiate the solution. It’s about starting where you can. And that is always with you. And yes, you can. This is often even possible without booking me. Just replace “I can’t afford that” with “How can I afford that?” … you’ll be amazed at what that alone will do.

The advantage

The big advantage is that you don’t have to wait for anyone. You don’t need permission, no one is holding you back and you can do whatever you want.

And you can get help so that you have someone who has an overview. You can hire your own quality manager. Or a shaman and coach. Someone who can look very deeply at the spiritual level and show you solutions that you didn’t even have on your radar.

Of course, you can always implement all of this yourself, but you can do it because you implement it within yourself. Because that’s where the solution is. Inside you.

Even the solution for the evil state, the evil capitalists, socialists, communists, right-wingers, left-wingers, inflation, your lousy job, your stupid boss, your narcissistic partner and so on.

The solution is always within you!

What to do?

Go out and work on yourself. And immediately. No, not just when the money is there, the business is running again, you’re in the mood. These are all hidden accusations again. Sure, you can use the qualities of time, not every action makes sense at all times.

But make sure that you use the time qualities productively and not because they are to blame for something.

Money and wealth

In this article, I explain a few very important basics about money and wealth. Of course, money and material possessions are not the only important things in life, but if you want to move from scarcity to abundance in the long term, you should take a close look at them.

Do you want to be really rich? Really? Or just a little, because you want to have a modest little house and don’t really need to be rich, just a little, maybe, if it’s no trouble and you don’t stand out?

Think big! Money & Wealth

But really right? Seriously? With a clear decision? Who is stopping you?

No, it’s not the others or the boss or the world situation that’s stopping you. Not even “the elite” or “society” but YOU! Yes, YOU do that yourself. Why is that? Stop it!

Money is a material form of life energy and the most direct one at that

Life energy?

All these obstacles are factors in your life and in most cases they are even important factors. But how have others done it? Where do all the millionaires and billionaires come from?

They inherited? No, they didn’t. Some certainly do, but most are people who have found a way to simply leave all the hindering factors behind them. These people have gone to such lengths that they seem to have achieved their goals effortlessly.

You can do that too. Effortlessly? No, certainly not. Such a path takes strength and requires a clear decision. And strength, did I mention that? It doesn’t come while you’re waiting for someone to see how valuable you are.

Finally start building yourself up and taking what you want. And don’t be distracted by all the crap that has been drummed into us from an early age and for generations. And yes, I’m talking about crap on purpose.

And again, yes, you weren’t taught all that at school. You didn’t miss that, it just didn’t appear in the material. Why?

Our medieval problem with money

We Europeans have had a problem since the Middle Ages. A serious problem. We consider money and especially wealth to be reprehensible. Until the beginning of the 16th century, Christians were even forbidden to take interest (Muslims are still forbidden to do so today). That was usury. And usury was a sin. You went to hell for that. Said the pope.

Money and wealth were only for nobles and clerics, whose position of power was ultimately God-given. Everyone else had to be poor. And God-fearing. But above all poor. Anyone who rose above this was terribly evil and had certainly conspired with the devil himself. Not even a letter of indulgence helped.

This pattern continues to have an effect today and in some of us it remains quite unchanged, because our ancestors have not processed it. Today, of course, we put forward completely different reasons: after all, we have to earn our money with “honest work”, pay a lot of taxes and we always have to help “the poor”, obey the authorities and so on … Because otherwise we are selfish, taking something away from someone and that is evil.

Behind the conscious obstacles lie unconscious levels and behind them further layers of unconscious beliefs, blockages and patterns. It’s like being caught in a multi-layered spider’s web that you can’t get out of. That you can’t even fully recognize.

And then you wonder why you can do whatever you want and still always stay at the bottom. No sooner have you fought for a small piece of the cake than someone takes it away from you.

The spider will not give up its lunch voluntarily. You stay with those who go to work every day and still don’t get anywhere, no matter how much you earn. Or those who are already self-employed but don’t get any customers. Especially for those who are always waiting for something to miraculously improve. But everything is only getting worse. Until retirement. Where it gets really bad.

It’s not because you missed the last applicant training and it’s not because you didn’t pay attention in 5th grade. This is also not due to incorrect marketing. Or the government or the evil rich who give nothing away.

But YOU. Your unconscious blockages, which you inherited from your ancestors without realizing it and without being asked. And these patterns are extremely strong because they are already extremely old. Patterns that ensure that you don’t get the idea that you are entitled to anything. That you don’t even think about taking what you want. They make sure that you can’t even accept it when it’s handed to you in person. Everything is open in front of you. It has never been easier to achieve prosperity than it is now. Never before!

The solution

But – and this is the good news – these blockages can be resolved. If you really want it. This is the sticking point that unfortunately causes many to fail. You want to be rich … somehow … you don’t have to be completely rich … just a little bit … just a new car … and a vacation … and without changing anything … just a little house, with a little garden … “just” … because you can feel rich without money … you know what I mean?

THAT’S BULLSHIT!

Either you want abundance or you don’t. And if you want it, then you really want it 100% and completely. Then why not take it? She lies at your feet. Take the big house, the Porsche and the yacht if you want them. Just take the millions, they are right in front of you.

Does the thought scare you? Yes? That’s good. Where there is the greatest fear, there is also the way. Through the fear and straight ahead. This is how the successful do it and they do it with joy.

Does that make you angry when you read it? Because you are a single parent and have to turn over every penny. Because nobody helps you, because you’ve been forgotten? And now some shaman comes along and tells you some story? Does that upset you? That’s good. Now focus this energy on yourself, your life and what you can currently improve. Even if it’s “only” your attitude to life at first.

Sure, it has to do with personal responsibility and that is hard work. If you take your life into your own hands, no one will tell you what to do. But that’s exactly the point. That YOU go your own way. And that YOU take the abundance. And then do with it what YOU think is right. You don’t have to be the best in the world, become the best version of YOU. This is completely sufficient for any kind of fullness.

Your way

Now you can work on this path yourself over years or decades – that’s what I did – or you can let yourself be accompanied (I did this too). I not only know the way forwards and backwards, I also know the shortcuts. I’m like the mountain guide you call so that you don’t have to go it all alone. And sometimes I’m a cab or a cable car or I build you a staircase.

You still have to go yourself, but above all you have to do one thing: decide.

Either yes or no

If so, then I’m ready when you are. You won’t regret it.

I start with my starter package, followed by the Deeper Mind Empowerment and then the Abundance Package or the Shamanic Vision Quest. When it comes to money, it’s also worth it financially. Believe me, in a few years the investment will seem ridiculous because you’ll be used to completely different sums. Either you tackle the issue of money right away or you don’t.

Make the decision and then let’s go!

When the system breaks down

I keep hearing from my clients in Germany, and especially on social media, how terrible everything is becoming. Everything is getting more expensive, the evil politicians do nothing about it, they make everything even worse.
Gerhard Zirkel

People will soon no longer be able to afford their cars and heating will become a political issue. Nobody can pay for the gas anyway, but over there are the nasty rich people and none of this affects them. They only get richer and that’s why they are evil.

The Russians, the Americans, the refugees, the money, the rich and so on are to blame …

Fighting against the system – fighting for the system

And for many people, this results in the impulse to fight. An unbelievable number of people want everything to go back to the way it used to be and most of these people know exactly how to achieve this.

The politicians have to go or others have to come, it has to be more right-wing or more left-wing. More must be produced or less, the money supply must be restricted, no, expanded. More debt, less debt and in the end we will be controlled by Pleiadian reptiloids anyway, who grow organs in us …

The basic tenor is often the same: Someone has to put everything back the way it was. Just like mommy and daddy could. That sucked back then too, but it was still comfortable. Everything went so well. And now everything is broken, so someone has to come and fix it.

Ideally, you should announce this on Facebook or Twitter. If only enough people post about how crap masks and vaccinations are, how stupid paper money is or cryptos or the school system, everything will change. The sheep should finally wake up.

What really happens

What is currently happening in Europe and the USA, in short, in the “Western world”, is not new at all. Not at all. Historically speaking, what is happening is old hat. Unfortunately, we humans don’t get old enough to live through these cycles completely and so we only ever see the snapshot.

We see how the economy is collapsing, how inflation is eating up our last savings, how wars are looming that could well end on our own doorstep and so on.

And since we’ve never experienced anything like this personally, we think it’s new. And so we think that we can stop it by standing up to it.

Some by demonstrating, others by hoarding firewood or gold coins, others by simply burying their heads in the sand and waiting until it’s over. This is also a way of fighting, albeit a very passive one.

What we don’t want to see is situations like the current one repeating themselves every 50-100 years. And have been for thousands of years. There are people who have studied this scientifically, it’s not just a fantasy. There are even references to it in the Bible.

The phases of the emergence, rise, peak and decline of empires, countries and currency systems have been going on forever, always following the same basic pattern. Different in detail, of course, but always exactly the same in principle.

No matter what form of rule, no matter what level of technical development. There are forces at work that arise from human nature. These are not conspiracies or evil elites who want to destroy us all. No, what is at work are elemental forces that arise from our human nature.

What you are trying to do

And then you little “Hanswurscht” come and demonstrate on the village square to wake up the “sheep”. Nice try, I can understand that too, but you’re just getting yourself worked up.

Because you are not opposing this one stupid politician, but the whole of humanity. Yes, you read that right. What happens is the result of humanity itself. And they are clearly in the majority.

It’s about the rise and fall of civilizational units and this has been going on for thousands of years because it has to. Because there is no such thing as eternal growth. That’s just the way humans are wired.

The three generations

With a few exceptions, this development is even taking place on a personal level. The first generation builds, the second holds and the third destroys everything again. Because each generation only sees its part of the puzzle and never the big picture.

There are very few people who are at all interested in the big picture and even fewer who can delve deep enough to really understand the principles.

But this is not always necessary, because it is enough to know that it is so. Not so much why exactly this or that is happening in detail. Because the details differ from case to case anyway. It’s a matter of principle.

And the principle says that the EU (and the USA), for example, is now in a phase of disintegration. The masses are crying out for socialism, the state is printing money without end and devaluing it faster than it can print it. All of this is accompanied by an increasingly fierce battle between those who have and those who want.

As always, this is enriched with horror stories that ultimately only fuel fear and confusion. So that nobody recognizes the big picture.

None of this is new, even the often cited oh-so-evil “Great Reset” is not new. He now has a tangible face and great marketing through social media. But that was also the case last time, it’s just that no one is still alive who would have experienced it themselves and you have to read and understand history books, who does that anyway. But at the end of the day, it is once again just the inevitable socialism that follows high phases and ends up in chaos.

Now you can demonstrate against it, fight against it or simply not want to see it, because what you don’t see doesn’t happen … right? However, you can go against the grain. That just won’t interest things.

What would be much better

Fit in! Yes, it’s that simple. See the situation as it is and then do what the spiritual scene always throws at you: create your own reality. But …

Big misunderstanding

But that doesn’t mean that you meditate with your little job in your little apartment under the supervision of your little mindset until the world is pink again. It’s not about thinking “positively” and softening everything with light and love until everyone is nice again.

It’s not that we all have to be one again and banish everything that separates us until we are a loving mash of awakened beings of light. It’s also not about banishing the evil bad ego and being vegan until the lion is back in Bavaria.

No, it means that you change yourself, your thoughts and feelings and your actions until you are striving upwards instead of downwards. And you do this by combining your feelings with your thoughts. It’s about YOU and YOUR place in the world.

The space you have to create for yourself. And actively. Sure, it may be that every human being simply has a natural right to live. But he also has a duty to do it himself. Otherwise you can end it right away. You are free to do so. It’s also a kind of solution.

The sinking ship

Take a sinking ship. You can sit on it and meditate on the downfall. Claim that you’re doing great with it and that staying afloat is overrated anyway. And your life is nice and you’re actually doing well … but then you sink anyway because the ship is going down. This is not a conspiracy theory but physics. Or economy. Because it’s the way of the world that even the biggest ships sink at some point. You won’t stop it, because it would lead the course of events ad absurdum.

Or you recognize what is going on and then you change. If you think in time, you might catch one of the lifeboats or at least a lifebuoy. If not, you just have to jump into the water and swim without it.

You may have to disembark in the dead of night, jump, even though you don’t know how deep it is, how cold the water will be and whether you can hold out long enough to reach the shore. Who knows, you might drown on the way. Can be anything.

But if you stay on the ship, you will definitely sink.

For thousands of years, the majority of humanity has chosen to go down with the sinking ship. Because it is in their nature to do so. These are the extras I wrote about recently: Extra or leading actor

Your decision

But a certain proportion of people always choose the path of adaptation and active change. If you see that the system you are living in is going under, then move to another one! Don’t try to save the ship, save YOURSELF.

It’s as simple as that. Move, change, try out new ways. Yes, you might sink in the process and you might have to leave all those who want to go down with the ship. But if you stay where you are, you will definitely go under. What do you have to lose?

And I can tell you from my own experience and from experience with my clients: very few people who choose the path of active change go under. To be honest, I don’t know a single one.

Sure, such a path is sometimes really exhausting, because nobody tells you what to do. This is perhaps the biggest innovation for a European. You’re taking a new path. There are no instructions and laws and regulations for them yet and you can’t call the police if someone is mean to you. And yes, of course you also re-enter a system with new paths.

There’s nothing wrong with that, it just has to be one that floats stably. Fortunately, all ships never sink at the same time. For every system that goes down, a new one is created. And then there are those that are at their peak while yours is going down.

The world is a big place and there are always many more opportunities than risks.

You have to decide which path you want to take. Whether you want to go one way or whether you want to stay down and talk yourself into it or drink it up. Whatever.

I can help you

I can help you if you decide to take the new path. I won’t tell you what it looks like, because only you know your path and only after you’ve walked it. But I can help you to become so strong, free and independent from within that you can go your own way.

I can help you get your mindset big enough to grasp the wealth of possibilities. I can help you to feel and thus understand that you don’t have to remain the small employee or pensioner on 1364.67 euros a month. You can get ten times that, at least.

I can help you to see your possibilities and then actively explore new paths. Wherever they lead. Far away or once in a circle and back again, but with a different attitude. Or something in between. That’s your thing then.

But you will be able to walk and that’s all that matters! Write to me NOW

What are you doing?

Engineers with building blocks

This article is about the “I can’t because …”. Therefore, all the arguments you find as to why you are not getting on in life are absolutely correct!

And how you can still get ahead

An example

Imagine a room and engineers are sitting in this room. Not just any engineers, but really good development engineers. People with a lot of expertise and really good ideas.

And now you give them a bag full of building blocks and the task of inventing something really new.

Well, there they are, the engineers with the building blocks, and they start experimenting with them. They make a real effort and reassemble them over and over again.

Sometimes low, sometimes high, sometimes houses, sometimes something else. Soon voices are raised that something new is needed. Something truly revolutionary. Because you wouldn’t get any further with just the existing building blocks.

So someone goes out on a limb and invents something new. Admittedly, he uses material from the neighboring room and also some tools. Then he comes back and has THE sensation with him:

A building block in a previously unknown color! The smash hit!

Everyone is enthusiastic and starts experimenting again. Of course, nothing really new comes out of it, but they are engineers after all and they know what to do and invent the next big sensation:

This time the building block is made of plastic and not wood and is also slightly larger than the other building blocks.

That triggers controversy, and what controversy it triggers. The first thing to clarify is whether plastic is compatible with wood at all. Then where the advantages and disadvantages would be and whether it is allowed at all.

That keeps our engineers busy for the time being, maybe we’ll let a few lawyers and perhaps one or two administrative officials into the room – after all, we have to have a bit of fun.

What am I getting at?

This is how our mind works. Yes, sorry, of course nobody wants to hear that, but deep down you know it’s true.

Our mind can only ever reassemble what it knows, no matter how good or creative you are or how hard you try. Sure, the human mind has produced incredible things, far more than building blocks. And of course one mind can learn from another. But if you are completely honest, they were all just new combinations of material that had always been there.

As long as it works, that’s great. But what if it doesn’t work for you? When you’re living a life you don’t want and your mind just can’t find a way out? Because he thinks he only has building blocks?

What if you’re trapped in a system that you can’t get out of? If you can’t leave? If you have no chance of a career? If you are kept small?

This is not possible because …

I hear this occasionally when I discuss things with people, especially on social networks, but also in real life. “That’s not possible because…”

Basically, you would understand that there is a need for development and you would also see all the people who are doing much better. But you can’t follow a development path because you’re a single parent, because you earn so little money, because you don’t have time, have to look after someone, can’t leave the cat behind, can’t get away anyway, and so on and so forth.

The really nasty thing is that these arguments are right. That really is the case. You can’t argue against it, because if someone earns just enough to live on, then they can’t afford coaching. Point. Absolutely true.

And so that you don’t feel like a complete idiot, you might make up a few excuses. Something along the lines of “I’m also satisfied with little” and “others are even worse off” or “first this and that has to happen and then …”. This then ensures that the mind really settles down with its building blocks and doesn’t go out the door at all. Everything is great.

Viewed with the mind

From a rational point of view, there really is no solution. But that is precisely the problem, because the mind can only recombine what it knows. If he has never known anything other than earning just enough to live on by working as an employee every day, he will not find a way out of this situation. Because he only has building blocks. Because he has no idea how it could be better.

He could ensure that you earn a little more, but at the same time he would make sure that you spend more. Same situation, only your TV is bigger. He could also get you to take more vacation, work less or whatever. But all in all, you would still be exactly where you are now.

In order to find a solution, the mind would have to go one level deeper, to the spiritual level from which the material arises. So that the solution becomes tangible and then conceivable. But the mind cannot do that because it is also material. A part of a system can never see the entire system. That is simply not possible. And certainly not with thinking.

And so you can think and think and still remain a single parent, with a salary that’s not enough and a cat you can’t leave behind.

And then the shaman comes and tells you about decisions and personal responsibility and you hit the ceiling because your mind screams “that won’t work because …”.

The solution

You can only achieve the goal that you can feel. Some people seem to be able to do that, they achieve an incredible amount, there seem to be no limits. Simply because, deep down, these people have no boundaries. You can feel the absolute fullness and then you will achieve it. There is an infinite amount of life energy available to each of us and life energy can be transformed into any form of matter.

If the feeling is blocked at the point where it should go beyond the small employee salary, then you can’t get over it even with a lot of thinking. If your feelings are blocked where income and expenditure always balance each other out, then that’s where you stay. If your feeling is blocked at the point where you should let go of the rat tail that is holding you, then you won’t let it go.

To do this, you go to the spiritual level to work on the problem there.

To do this, you go into the ancestral line, into your energy system, into your beliefs, and not just the imagined ones, but – these are really nasty – into the felt ones. Into the ones you can’t reach with thinking, because they lie behind thinking. Because the mind knows nothing about them, because they look like building blocks.

What happens then

Then what often happens to my clients happens. They go beyond what they have known before and suddenly have completely new options for action. Sometimes they are amazed at what they can suddenly do.

Some don’t even realize this during the process and at some point are shocked at what they have created for themselves. Suddenly there is freedom where before there was a prison. Suddenly it doesn’t stop at 1457.56 euros net, but ten times that or a hundred times that … what a blatant idea and no, not one that is “unrealistic”. Who has decided what is “realistic” for you so far? The mind, right? The one with the building blocks. I see.

Just imagine, suddenly there’s no one in the way. No family, no state, no borders, no limited resources, no one. Suddenly it’s just you, the world and incredible possibilities.

The mind can’t get to it, the senses can. And if you can feel where you are going, then your mind can join in again and take care of the implementation. Then the two work together.

This doesn’t happen by chance, it doesn’t happen overnight and you need someone to accompany you. Someone who guides you because he knows the way. I like to do this, often and hopefully soon together with you.

So, what do you feel? And what are you going to DO now?
