Always this discussion

Especially during discussions on social media, I keep coming across people who are in financially precarious situations and at the same time in a mentally victimized position. Whereby the one is naturally connected to the other, in a reciprocal relationship.

This often follows a very specific pattern. I mention that with the right mindset in combination with personal responsibility, it is almost always possible to improve your personal situation.

While my discussion partner rejects this outright and sometimes quite aggressively, always with the argument “I can’t afford it”. Because she’s a single parent, has a precarious job, high debts, you name it. Often in combination with the accusation that I only want to sell my service.

And these people are even right. I want to sell my service and yes, if someone has no money, they can’t pay for it. A vicious circle? Only if you don’t want to get out of it.

But you know what? You don’t have to buy anything from me to improve your situation. There are measures that are free of charge and that anyone can implement. Simply invest the time you would otherwise spend in front of the TV or on Facebook in implementing these steps:

Absolutely free

1. replace “I can’t afford that” with “how can I afford that?”

Replace the repetitive “I can’t afford that” with “How can I afford that?” You will be amazed at what this alone can achieve. Because if you constantly tell your brain that you can’t afford something, then your brain takes that as a fact. It is also formulated as a fact. This is therefore saved and repeated.

But if you say to yourself “how can I afford this?” you are giving your mind a task. And once you’ve done this a few times, it starts to deliver results. These may not be big steps right away and you won’t immediately become wealthy as a result. But you will notice that this has an upward effect.

And that’s not a stretch, that was exactly my first step when I worked my way out of a precarious financial situation. I’ve walked the path myself, so don’t tell me anything.

2. be interested in money

Take an interest in money. Most people who reproach me with the argument that they can’t afford this and that tell me in the next sentence that they’re not interested in money anyway.

It would all be so complicated and boring anyway. Well, they didn’t teach you at school. For good reason. The interest in money must come from you. It’s the same with any field of knowledge. If you’re not interested, you don’t know anything about it. If you want to know something about it, you have to be interested in it. Nobody does that for you, YOU have to do it. And that costs nothing at all.

3. find out about money

And then find out about money. This is the next step. The internet is full of information about money. In the beginning, it doesn’t even matter whether the information is correct or not, you probably can’t even judge that yet (professionals don’t always either, by the way). The very fact that you are starting to learn about it programs you to get and keep it.

Read something about money for half an hour every day. On shares, precious metals, investments, cryptocurrencies, etc. It’s about focusing your attention on the topic. This is also free, you have internet, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this.

4. realize that money is a form of life energy

Yes, you read that right. Money is a material form of life energy. You can convert life energy into money and money back into life energy. Once you’ve understood that, you’re out of the woods. Forever. Always keep that in mind.

5. decide to like money

You can detest money and people with money anyway. But it sucks.

“You can get by with very little and money isn’t important at all”, that could come from you? You assume that wealthy people have stolen everything and are therefore evil and everything should be taken away from them?

And that’s why you don’t want to become like them? Well, that’s also a decision, but then never again complain that you can’t afford something or that some evil rich person is to blame for something or the evil state … If you decide to be poor of your own free will, then stand by that decision and be poor.

If you don’t want that, then start taking an interest in money. If you ignore it, it will ignore you.

“Yes mei, there was nothing we could do”, as the Bavarian says. If you don’t want money, you won’t get any, it’s as simple as that. It doesn’t fall from the sky, it’s on the street, you just have to want to pick it up. And if you want it, but you don’t feel like dealing with it, you won’t get it either. You can’t not want money on the one hand, but on the other hand wait for someone to give you some just like that.

6. take care of your money

Honestly, what does your wallet look like? What does the money look like in there? I’m sure you have a little bit in there, you have to buy from something. Even if it’s just a little, do you treat it with respect? Do you welcome the money you receive? Or are you ignoring it?

Take care of your money. The one in your wallet and the one in your account. Check your online banking every day and be grateful for what’s there. Even if it is little. Make lists of incoming and outgoing money. Write everything down, every money movement.

Smooth out banknotes when you get them and remove the dog-ears. Don’t crumple it up carelessly. This programs you. This directs your focus and ensures that your mind comes up with something.

7. read a lot, not just about money

Read a lot! Check Amazon for free ebooks. There are a lot of them and they all have in common that they make you smarter just by reading them and give you new approaches. Even if not all of them are immediately practicable, they will feed your mind with new options.

Or borrow books. Books about money, books about entrepreneurs, books about mindset, books about history or even novels. You can often learn an amazing amount from them too.

8. don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time. Sure, you can find a lot of information on social media, but also a lot of garbage that steals your time. Reduce the time you spend just “fiddling around”. Use the internet to get information and then go out again. The same applies to the television.

Two hours of TV every night is two hours every night that you don’t read, think about wealth, educate yourself or sleep. Which is also not entirely unimportant.

9. learn languages and further your education

Make a career! That sounds like a bad joke to someone in a precarious job (and there are a hell of a lot of them). It was the same for me, I started my career at Stadtwerke München. There is simply no career at Stadtwerke. Is not planned. Only a “raise” according to years of service, which at the time was just as much a joke as the pay in general. That wouldn’t even have been enough to pay the rent in Munich, I lived with my parents for a damn long time.

The career thing was also a joke for me at the time. But it is not. You can also get better at the last “dirty job”. And if you get better and are also interested in money, you will also earn more money, because at some point you will start to demand more because you perform better. And if you can’t do that in the job you have, then you look for another one. This does not lead directly to wealth, but to an improvement. Even if it’s only 50 euros more per month at first.

Are you continuing your education? Honestly? That costs money? No, not necessarily. You can learn languages completely free of charge (with Duolingo, for example) and learning one or more foreign languages will definitely broaden your horizons and therefore your opportunities. And don’t forget the books!

10. demand money for your performance

This is the point at which an astonishing number of people fail. This seems to be particularly often the case with women. I may be wrong, but that’s my experience. Men are more likely to demand something. Some people do a lot, can do a lot but wait for the boss to realize what they can do.

And if they don’t, they just do more. Until he finally sees it and pays them more money. But he never does, why should he? YOU have to demand it yourself and do so regularly. Make a list of everything you do and then go to the boss and ask for more. No, don’t moan that your salary isn’t enough, nobody cares and certainly not your boss. He wants to see facts, as if they were facts. Tell him what you do and demand compensation for it. Again and again.

And no, of course you’re not making yourself “popular”. If you work to be popular, don’t complain about money. But if you work to earn money, don’t make yourself “popular”. Demand compensation for your performance! You can be popular at home.

With little money

Not free, but with little money you can do even more. Buy books that will help you. I rarely recommend specific books, but what is an absolute classic is “Rich dad, poor dad”. It’s easy to understand and teaches you some of the most important basics for a financial mindset that will get you ahead. Read it and read it again and again. Even I like to look in there from time to time. It is simply written and easy to read for everyone.

Then continue with books on investments, finance and history. The more connections you understand, the broader your horizon becomes.

And then you will slowly get out of your “hopeless” situation.

The side effect

The side effect of this will, of course, be that you project less and less blame onto circumstances and others. Because you realize more and more how many possibilities you have despite everything.

And then at some point you will find yourself in a situation where you have to pay a little something to get ahead. Even if it’s not yet a coaching package, it might be the yanama_healing. Almost everyone can afford it and it will get you further. Always one step at a time and always upwards, that is important.

And it all starts by pausing for a moment and starting with point 1 above. It requires neither money nor time nor great effort. But it may be the first step into your new life.

It is a decision. It was one for me back then and it is one for you too!

Let’s play dumb. What is a shaman?

Does that sound like a flippant question? Well, maybe you know the German movie classic “Die Feuerzangenbowle” and Professor Bömmel’s question “Wat is’n Dampfmaschin?”. He didn’t really know himself afterwards, that won’t happen to me here. I know exactly what a shaman is. Or … can you KNOW that?
Gerhard Zirkel
Gerhard Zirkel
19.08.2021

A shaman like that is not a saint to begin with. Not at all. He’s not a guru or anything. He’s a completely normal person. Just like you and me. But he can do something that not everyone can. The shaman has contact with the world of spirits and demons and with the level of the soul. And he doesn’t just have the contact, he can talk to them and not just talk, he can even work with them and achieve something.

And he does. Every day and actually always. Not only when someone is there who is hurting. But then especially. Of course he can’t conjure the problem away, otherwise he wouldn’t be a shaman but a miracle healer … or Ratiopharm.

But he’s not, he’s a shaman. And the shaman is like a mountain guide. He takes the people up to the summit and helps them and shows them the best way to walk or climb and makes sure that nothing happens and that the bad wolf doesn’t come. But he doesn’t go up for them, he doesn’t carry them up and he doesn’t run ahead and then shout “you can come” from above.

Nope, he doesn’t. He takes you by the hand and goes up there with you. Even if it hurts or is difficult or you want to give up. Then he’ll take a break with you, but then he’ll carry on. Until we’re both at the top!

A shaman like that is not a guru!

At the top

And when you get to the top, it’s like a release. So, then you have released all your old traumas and the beliefs that prevent you from being fully YOU.

Then you will also have the courage to live your life the way you want to and then do it. Nobody will talk you into it, nobody will dare to do that. Then you know that all the crap you went through along the way was worth it. Everything is much easier then.

The path can be exhausting and sometimes you first walk around the mountain three times and then go up. But never mind, the shaman goes along with it. Because he’s been through it himself, he ran around the mountain too. He didn’t learn that from a book or at a seminar. Nope, he did it the hard way himself and now he knows how to do it.

What he doesn’t like, the shaman, are the people who sit on the mountain and moan that their shoes are pinching or the weather is bad or the third tree from the left is crooked. He doesn’t like that, the shaman, so he just leaves you there. Tough luck. But you’re not like that, are you?

Yes, that’s how he is, the shaman

The plastic shaman

And don’t let all those people who tell you with wide eyes and a reproachful tone what a “real” shaman is and what he is not drive you crazy.

This “real” shaman must be descended from other real shamans for at least the twelfth generation. He must definitely be an “indigenous person” and live in the jungle. Or have spent at least 45 of his 35 years of life there.

He must be vegan, he must – more importantly – be poor (but still be able to help you with your money problems ), he must be an absolute do-gooder and donate at least everything from his non-existent income (because he doesn’t take any money) to someone.

He needs at least one certificate confirming that he is a real shaman.

Under no circumstances should he take part in modern life (but he must understand the problems of modern life and be able to solve them for you), he must not live in a city or even drive a car.

He has to meditate or do yoga all day and he has to live on ayahuasca. Of course, he has to be able to dance and sing as well as perform endless ceremonies.

Now THAT is a real shaman. All others are merely “plastic shamans”

If you’ve picked up on the sarcasm, then you’re on the right track and certainly not here on my (plastic shaman) site by chance.

Fun fact: The term “shaman” comes from the Tungusic language area, where Mongolia is located today. So much for the jungle …

What is healing?

For the shaman, healing means that YOU live your soul potential to the full. That you are completely here in this world and completely healthy. That there are no more old blockages or behavioral patterns or beliefs or fears or who knows what else. When you have processed all this, then you are whole.

This is often a long road and it may be exhausting, but it is worth it and how. And I’m still here too. I’m not walking the path for you and I’m not carrying you either. But I’m here to look after you, show you how to do it and help you. And then you can do it, no matter how deep in the shit you are now.

If you are ill, then of course you still need to see a doctor or alternative practitioner first, because the material level also needs to be looked at.

But that’s not all, because deep inside you, there’s always a cause on the spiritual level, in the “soul”. If there is an imbalance, perhaps deep in the ancestral line or a soul part that has split off or something else that is messing up your energy, then it will make you ill.

You can heal the body however you want, if the cause on the soul level is not resolved, then something new will keep coming up. Then you just get sick again or you just don’t feel well or you’re always exhausted and tired.

Sometimes you’re not really ill either. You are healthy because you don’t have a cold and nothing hurts. But you just feel like shit because your life isn’t yours and you actually want to be completely different, but you don’t know how.

Then it’s exactly the same. Then some part of you is not quite where it should be. In that case, we find out together what’s wrong and then we work on it. Emphasis on WE. I won’t cast a spell on you, you can always heal yourself. But it is also sustainable.

HB-Männchen reloaded …

Who else knows it? The HB male? Admittedly, it has been a long time since a cigarette brand was able to advertise like this on television.
Gerhard Zirkel
Gerhard Zirkel
04.09.2020
Who is about to blow up?

For those who don’t know, the HB man was a cartoon character who advertised the HB cigarette brand from 1957 to 1984.

The HB male’s trademark was that he “blew up” at every opportunity, getting so excited that he flew away. The solution in the commercials was always to smoke an HB cigarette … The interested reader can find almost all of the old commercials on youtube.

Well, I wouldn’t recommend the cigarette solution at this point. But the principle is interesting.

This HB male exists quite often and if you are honest with yourself, you have to admit that you are one too from time to time.

Someone says something, or does something or is simply present and we are immediately at 180.

In the private sector

In our private lives, we generally avoid such people and surround ourselves with people who are “on the same wavelength”. It also works well, apart from the immediate family.

This, on the other hand, is often tough because you can’t avoid it. Sometimes all it takes is for “mom” or “dad” to appear on the phone screen and we are completely different people.

They fall into patterns of defiance or anger and seem to have no chance of changing this. Our closest relatives in particular always find the right buttons to push that send us into a helpless rage.

Such situations sometimes drag on for decades and not even the death of the relative in question brings a solution.

At work or in business

But what is it like at work or as an entrepreneur? Here, too, we rarely decide for ourselves who we work with. We get a team in front of us and we have to work with them. Objective and efficient.

Or we have to get along with our customers, and preferably with everyone.

We are professionals, we can do it. If it wasn’t for that stupid kreutzbirnmaumzefix….. guy who gets everything, really everything! gets the wrong idea. What’s more, he doesn’t work efficiently and doesn’t express himself precisely. And anyway, his ties are the worst thing … you could get upset. Upset!

And the boss is an ass… what he allows himself! In what tone he actually speaks to us. Not with me at all, no, rather how he treats colleague xyz. And she doesn’t even realize it. I could get upset about that. Get excited!

Or that one customer who always, really always, has a dozen more questions before he doesn’t buy after all. Or maybe it is. Or rather not. Or maybe he did, but he had one more question first …

Do you feel your energy drain just reading this? Where is she going? Not in the work and the result of the team and you won’t get the job either.

Such constellations have already caused entire teams to implode and prevented major projects. Not because there was a problem at a technical level or because something important was missing. No, simply because the team didn’t seem to “get along”. Or the boss not with the team, or the team not with the boss.

And there seems to be absolutely nothing we can do about it!

Sure, there are training courses that show us how to react and we can practise this to a certain extent. Bending ourselves, hiding behind masks, forcing ourselves not to react. But how much life energy that consumes!

It’s not our fault if we’re always being put in the team like this. And we then have to work with them. That CAN’T work.

What is really happening here?

Seen from the outside? What is going on here?

Is the colleague’s weird tie really a problem? Is the boss’s treatment of colleague xyz really our construction site? Is the colleague really working inefficiently and should we even care? Is that the case?

Is the customer with the many questions really a pain in the neck? Or is that just what we get?

Why does that trigger us so much?

And with this question we are already at the solution. With the question: “Why does that trigger US like that?”. It’s like a switch we have inside us and certain people seem to know it. And they keep pressing on it and we blow up every time. Like the HB male. Except that a cigarette doesn’t help us at all.

This switch is the sticking point. Where does it come from and why is it there? Finding out is the way to the solution. The causes of these switches, which are nothing more than automatic reaction patterns, often lie very deep. And they lie on levels that rarely have anything to do with our current everyday lives.

They lie in our childhood, often even in our ancestral lineage or even in earlier incarnations. Which is why it is so difficult to find them. First of all, we have to recognize that these switches exist and that it is not the other person’s “fault”. Then we have to go on a search and that practically always leads us to levels that we can hardly reach on our own.

In places that we often don’t want to see ourselves because they hurt. Because they are exhausting. Because they are in the dark. Often for so long that we can’t even consciously remember it. At the end of the day, it is the path to ourselves that we have to take. But it is worth it, this path. It is worth it.

When are you leaving?

All of this is solvable. These trigger points can be detected and resolved. There are often layers of conditioning, automatic behavior patterns and destructive beliefs that separate you from yourself and your true essence.

They keep throwing you off center and make you vulnerable to all those people who consciously or unconsciously know how to push your buttons and make you lose control.

Changing this is a process that I am happy to accompany you through. We always start with the introductory session, after which we see where the path leads and how we can walk it together.

What helps against anxiety

Fear has always been a major issue for all of humanity. If you think about it more closely, you realize how much of our daily life is influenced, even controlled, by fear.
Gerhard Zirkel
Gerhard Zirkel
14.07.2020

And I don’t just mean people who suffer from an “anxiety disorder” or are noticeably overanxious. No, I’m thinking of people like you and me, who generally don’t even realize how much space fear takes up in their lives.

Because we consciously or mostly unconsciously give this fear space. We don’t realize this because fear has always been part of our lives. But is every fear a meaningful part? Let’s try to shed some light on this question.

What is happening right now

What is happening in our society right now is a good example of what this article is about. It has been a long time since we have seen so clearly what fear does to people if they are not aware of it and do not see any ways of dealing with it.

The whole world seems to be in a panic, everyone is going crazy, people are behaving strangely and some of us are scared. Quite a few, in fact. Perhaps even almost all of them.

  • Fear of contracting a virus and becoming ill from it
  • Fear of having to spend the rest of their lives in social isolation
  • Fear of losing their livelihood, their company, their job
  • Fear of being forced into vaccinations and their (late) health consequences
  • Fear of war or of a climate catastrophe.
  • Afraid to stand up for themselves, they prefer to run along. In one direction or the other.
  • Fear of being wiped out for good or suppressed forever by the evil elite
  • Afraid of having to spend the rest of their lives clapping their hands to their foreheads from sheer madness …

But whatever it is, somehow it all boils down to fear. On all sides, in all countries, in all camps.

Certainly, some of the fears can be justified in real terms. The economic impact of socialist aspirations on the rise in Europe is not theoretical but very real, and so is the fear of it.

The fear of total control and oppression is not entirely unfounded and the fear of division, violence and ruin is quite understandable.

But many of the fears are not as real as we think. Because everything that revolves around a possible future is initially “only” a theoretical construct of our thinking.

Which, by the way, applies to most of our fears and worries. As a rule, it’s about things that we assume will happen and that will harm us.

They rob us of our life energy as a precaution. Just by the fact that we fear they could happen.

Two things

Two things happen as a result:

  1. If the fears actually come true, we have no energy left to counter the real threat, because we have already used up all our energy beforehand. Out of sheer fear of the downfall, so to speak, we went under long before the feared event.
  2. We manifest exactly what we are most afraid of. Because the universe always receives what has the most power behind it. And if this is the fear of doom, then it can only lead to doom.
Where does that come from?

It’s actually quite clear … actually: fear doesn’t just fall from the sky, it is based on a lack of basic trust in the natural course of events and in our ability to react appropriately when we need to react.

And this inevitably leads us back to our childhood, to our ancestral lineage, to past lives and generally to our way of fitting into the fabric of the universe. It leads us to split-off parts of the soul, to unlived dreams and visions. To limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns and and and.

It leads us to believe that we can’t change anything anyway.

The deer effect

Because all these patterns and entanglements are the reason why the theoretical constructs of our thinking consume so much vital energy long before an event actually occurs that we become almost incapable of acting.

We behave like the deer that is caught by car headlights on its way across the road and instead of running away, stops. And is run over.

This is not a theoretical model but a very real one. At the moment, this can be clearly seen in people who are standing frozen in shock in front of the possible shards of their existence, but still don’t act and wait like a deer in the headlights for the final impact. Or compensate for this impact by not wanting to acknowledge it. Talking up the world.

“I don’t need much to live” is a sentence I often hear. Or “there’s nothing we can do about it”, “it’s no better elsewhere” or “we’re actually doing well”.

Or entrepreneurs like to say “before I work on myself, the business has to be up and running again”. So the deer could say “before I run away, the car has to disappear first”. Well, it doesn’t, dear deer. YOU have to do something.

Solutions

Accept the existence of your fears and start to find and work on the causes.

The aim will be for you to be able to think and, above all, act clearly again. That instead of feeding your fear and waiting for the crash, you are already working on solutions that you can then implement quickly. That you change your situation in good time so that you can cope with any changes in circumstances. That you won’t be blown away by what might come. If it doesn’t happen after all, nothing is lost.

It sounds complex, and sometimes it is, but it can always be solved. No matter how deep you are in the shit. YOU have the opportunity to get out of it if you want to. I’ll be happy to help you with the “how”, that’s my job. However, you can make the decision yourself, no one will do that for you.

And in the end? The fear and, above all, the current insane panic in politics and the media is not gone, but you have your life energy back to yourself. You can invest the power you previously invested in fear in yourself. You are capable of acting and are no longer the victim of seemingly higher powers.

And THEN YOU can make a difference!

Dissatisfied for no reason?

“I’m generally dissatisfied”, “always have been”, “there’s no solution, I don’t even know how to name the problem” … do you recognize yourself in such statements? Then read the following article to find out why, where it can go and what you can do about it.
Gerhard Zirkel
Gerhard Zirkel
05.07.2020

Nothing happens without a reason. Nothing is as it is for no reason. But the issue is very widespread. The more opportunities our society seems to offer, the more people have a problem with the meaning of it all.

Reasons and solutions for the phenomenon of being dissatisfied/unhappy for seemingly no reason

Sometimes I can’t see the wood for the trees. Often when it comes to communicating with people I meet outside the context of my practice. So people from school, kindergarten or simply the neighbors.

I’m asked what I do, I say “shaman” and then people are usually interested. Many have an idea of spiritual and mental connections, some do not. But interest is almost always there.

Recently again. We talk for quite a long time and at some point my counterpart seems to be talking out of context:

“You work is all well and good, but not for me. I’m just generally unhappy, I always have been, no matter what I do, for no reason. Nobody helps me with that”.

Bang!

Why do you think you have neither a reason nor a solution?

There is a huge belief in the room, no, actually two: “groundless” and “nobody can help”. But they are both connected, because as we know as part of our ultra-modern society, everything has to have a reason so that someone can help.

One that can be explained with reason or even measured with devices. Or determined in a study, which is even better. If this is not the case, there is no reason and then a person’s suffering is for no reason. Point. You can’t do anything, nobody can help you. Let him pull himself together. See also my article on head and emotional people

The reason has simply not been recognized,

because the search was carried out in the wrong place or, worse still, not at all. Because nobody is dissatisfied for “no reason”. How could that work? Dissatisfied is someone who lacks something. Who cannot live a part of himself, who perhaps cannot even reach a part of himself, who does not even sense his presence.

And if the person has consciously or unconsciously been told from an early age that there can be no reason for this, then they believe it and stop looking for a solution. He never comes to see me. Because he doesn’t even know that there is a reason and therefore a solution.

But what to do now?

It is often a milestone in your personal development when you realize that there is a reason after all. And that there are people who also see this and don’t immediately deny it.

Just the fact that there is a shaman who sees that there must be a reason for this dissatisfaction is worth its weight in gold. And as a shaman, I can actually see this clearly and vividly on a spiritual level.

And if you can actively search for a solution with the person, then that’s phenomenal.

It is no longer so important whether the process is perhaps exhausting, because even that is still less exhausting than continuing to be dissatisfied “for no reason”. It never stops on its own.

Where does this lead?

Working on such issues often leads deep into childhood and even further into the ancestral line. Often 6 or 7 generations back and sometimes even further.

A child comes into this world with all its potential and abilities and quickly realizes that it can’t do anything with a large part of it. Sometimes even because people are afraid and suppress it consciously or unconsciously. That they are rejected, bullied or even beaten for it.

And it’s often not even the parents’ fault, because they too were a product of their ancestors and their time and often had no choice but to only partially see their child.

This is a desperate situation for a child, because it is dependent on being accepted and cared for. And so it does what needs to be done and splits off all the parts of the soul that supposedly don’t fit into the world.

What remains is the part that works, that is pleasing, that is comfortable, that is successful, that does what society demands.

And this all happens completely unconsciously over two decades or even longer, because a child cannot yet understand what it is doing. By the time this understanding is possible, the parts are so well hidden that nobody knows anything about them.

And then this person is dissatisfied, even unhappy, and sees no reason for it.

My job as a shaman

My job is to help you find these parts again. To accept it, to live it. Because by now you are no longer a child. In the meantime, you may have some yourself and realize that you also have trouble seeing your children as they are.

But now you can live your shares … once you have found them.

To do this, we release the inheritance of all the blockages from the ancestral line, we do chakra work to restore the energy flow, we travel into the spiritual world and retrieve the hidden parts, we work on beliefs and all the tricky prevention mechanisms that have been built up over decades.

And then together we will find ways to live ALL of your parts to the full, which often results in true miracles. And in the end there is only satisfaction … with or without reason.

The energetic clearing?

Part of my service is to carry out energetic clearings and I also do this for real estate. This is a very important aspect that people are becoming more and more aware of.

Because especially in turbulent times, it is important to have an unencumbered retreat. Unfortunately, most properties, whether new or existing, are anything but unencumbered. There is a lot going wrong in terms of energy, so it is all the more important to take professional care of it.

But what is this energetic clearing and why is it so important?

Let me expand briefly

Do you know what a smoke house is? No? This is the name of a type of house from days long gone. Back then, before the Middle Ages, there were no glass windows and no wood-burning stoves. Not even the fireplace had been invented.

So how did people heat their homes? Quite simply, they had a fireplace in the middle of the house and the smoke escaped through a hole in the roof. Now you can imagine what the air was like in these houses.

If not, sit in a tent and make a small fire. Let’s see when you run out of air. Of course, people back then didn’t know any different and so they probably put up with the smoke somehow.

They didn’t get old back then, it was usually over at 35. Also because of the smoke, which was of course extremely harmful to health in this concentration. But they didn’t know any different.

Until someone invented the chimney and the smoke was no longer drawn into the house, but up the chimney. Now the air was better and the people healthier. At some point, someone came up with the idea of closing the open fireplace with a door and the oven was invented. And again, the air was cleaner and the people healthier.

And so it went on, hygiene was invented, soap, baths, glass windows and so on. All with the aim of making life healthier. And people began to live longer.

Until today.

And now everything is great?

You might think that everything is great and perfect now. The air is relatively clean, the apartment is warm and the bathroom is ready. There’s nothing more to invent? Nothing more to improve?

Oh yes, there is. Namely at the energy level. Incidentally, this is a level that they were already familiar with in the smokehouse. So you don’t really have to invent anything anymore. You just have to be aware of it and then DO it.

This refers to energetic cleansing. We humans are energetic beings and wherever we go, we leave traces. You probably know that when you’ve had visitors, they hang around for a while. Is somehow still noticeable. Especially if the visit was very intense or even unpleasant.

You then take the vacuum cleaner or mop and clean up. Not just because there would be visible dirt, but because you feel uncomfortable not doing it.

The problem

But what you are feeling is not material dirt, it is energy. And you can’t get rid of them with a mop. Especially not if it has accumulated over the years or even comes from the previous occupant.

You will feel it at some point. Your apartment feels dull and musty. Your energy is off when you’re there. Sleep is no longer restful. You may even have the feeling that there is someone or something in the room. If this energy condenses further, it can lead to haunting phenomena.

And earthbound souls love to nest where there is a lot of old energy. They literally lie down in it, like in a made bed. And then it slowly but surely chokes you off.

The energetic super disaster

Everything that takes place in our homes, be it visits, activities, thoughts, feelings, etc., leaves energy behind. Even in times of social distancing, the energy burden is not decreasing.

No, it is rising. Because we are virtually locked in. Along with our insecurity, our fears, our reluctance. We sit together in a more or less confined space and simmer away on a low flame, so to speak. And the smaller this space is, the more difficult it becomes for us.

Everything that burdens us is even more intense due to the current situation, everything that we were somehow able to carry outside now stays with us in the apartment. And nobody knows for how long. This is more than demanding in terms of energy.

What’s more, many of us are inevitably working from home. And what does that mean? Of course, we also bring the energy from our workplace home with us. Not just when we come home from work as usual. No, we are energetically planting our boss, our colleagues and all the company’s problems in the middle of our living room or kitchen.

This is the energetic super disaster

And this super disaster will remain, because even when everything returns to normal, this energy will not simply disappear on its own. Neither does the dirt from the street. The energy must be eliminated, and preferably not at some point in the distant future but in between.

So that the place is worth living in again and the family is still a family afterwards.

The solution

Just as there are cleaners for material dirt, there are also cleaners for energetic dirt. This is exactly what energetic clearing is made for. In such a clearing, I cleanse your home of all the old energy that makes it appear dull and musty.

I cleanse them of earthbound souls and other “inhabitants”, I make them energetically fresh again. That’s a lot of work, so it comes at a price. But you don’t have to hire me every week like a cleaning lady, just occasionally. Once a year is enough and we should definitely carry out a thorough cleaning once.

The big advantage for you is that you can do this remotely. Since it’s about energy, I don’t have to be on site. It may make sense for you to leave the apartment at the time of cleaning, as such a process can be quite exhausting. But apart from that, you don’t have to do anything. The effect is phenomenal, you will feel it immediately.

Incidentally, sellers of real estate and sometimes even estate agents are increasingly engaging me. This is because they have discovered that energy-efficient properties are easier and often even more expensive to sell.

What are you waiting for?

First I have to …

Do you know that?

You’re in the middle of a crisis and instead of taking action, this and that has to happen or be done first and you seem to be getting deeper and deeper into the misery. Which makes finding a solution all the more impossible. A vicious circle.

Turbulent times

These are turbulent times, things are happening that our modern, science- and technology-oriented minds cannot cope with. Suddenly the world seems to be falling apart at the seams, nothing is safe anymore and you find yourself standing on the edge of a supposed abyss. How did it get this far?

Feelings of powerlessness are the result; we seem to be at the mercy of a superior force. And that in our safe world today? How can that be? When we are so rich and developed? Where is the fault?

The problem with the “crisis” is not the crisis but how we deal with it.

We don’t get anywhere by wallowing in the problem and trying to find someone to blame. But how do we use the current situation to our advantage? Isn’t it difficult to work on yourself right now? When we are all somehow worried about our existence? Or our hard-earned savings or our well-being?

But right now is the best time to take a look. To look at where the causes of our current feelings lie. And these causes are not where many of us suspect them to be.

Your fear for your savings does not lie in the threat of losing them. Your fear of illness and death is not due to the higher level of risk.

Your feeling of being cooped up is not because you are not allowed to leave your house. Your feeling of being at the mercy of a threatening superior force is not due to the existence of a superior force.

All these feelings have a cause that is not so obvious. Somehow the basic trust in the way the universe works doesn’t seem to be there. But why? Where can we find it?

And where do we find the path that works for us in this situation?

The solution

You will not find the solution at the level at which the problem manifests itself. You have to go deeper, to the spiritual level. These are the starting points for achieving truly sustainable change.

And this is exactly where shamanic coaching comes in

It uncovers hidden patterns and exposes beliefs. It takes you deep into your ancestral lineage and sometimes also into earlier incarnations.

It leads you to exactly those parts of yourself that you least want to see. Because you don’t know them, because they scare you, because they are unfamiliar or because you have learned that you are not allowed to show them.

It leads you to basic trust and connects you to the source of your life energy

In the end, it leads you to yourself as you really are. To yourself in your full size, in your full strength. And once you’ve got there, no crisis can do you any good.

Do it. Now!

And let’s be honest … when would be a better time for this than right NOW? Especially as this also works from a distance … the spirit plane knows no spatial dimension.

Don’t get confused by all the “ifs” and “buts” and “can’t because …” of your mind. The best time to change something, to act is always NOW.

You don’t save your savings by hiding them even better. Believe me, inflation will still find them. You save your savings by investing them. And in you. Because this puts you in a position to use the crisis to grow from it.

You don’t have to save your company first and then yourself. It’s the other way around, because your company depends on you. Work on yourself BEFORE you are completely broke.

Gerhard Zirkel

Who are you?

Can you answer that? Sure, there’s the name, age, profession. Yes, of course, children, house, car and so on and so forth. Maybe hobbies and that you are in the fire department or a sports club. But is that you? Honestly?

Or are these the roles you play in life? There’s nothing wrong with that per se; we all play roles in life. At the end of the day, our life IS perhaps even a role. From a shamanic point of view, we are spiritual beings who incarnate in this material world in order to gain experience and develop ourselves.

So all of life is something like a role. But beneath this lies our true nature, which we should know so that we know which roles help us on our path and which hinder us.

Do you know your true nature?

When does our incarnation begin? With our birth? Or even before? At our conception? Or with the decision of a spiritual being to incarnate? Whenever this happens, we are not consciously in this life at that time. Because we are still far too small for that.

And we do not incarnate in a vacuum, rather we end up in the lives of our parents, siblings, grandparents and in our entire environment. And our very first goal here is to survive.

Because if our physical body does not survive, all plans are invalid. So once we arrive, we do what needs to be done so that we can live. Babies and toddlers have sophisticated strategies for this and we parents react almost automatically and care for our children.

And we live our lives in the meantime, according to our patterns and in our energy. The child automatically adapts and adopts our way of living, thinking, feeling and acting as well as our basic skills. It takes on our roles and those that we consciously or unconsciously assign to the child.

A child automatically adapts to what it finds. It will automatically behave in such a way that it is accepted or at least cared for by the community.

A child will really do everything it can to fit into its environment. No matter how much it has to bend for it or how much it suffers.

An example

Imagine you incarnate with the intention of bringing your incredible healing power into the world. You may have been incarnated as a healer umpteen times, you are one of these “old souls” and then you end up in a household of engineers. All head people.

None of your spiritual abilities are seen there because they can’t do it. Conversely, you can’t do anything with technical facts. Nevertheless, as a small child you will adapt to the extent that you will be taken care of.

And maybe it will still work when you grow up because your parents are loving and take really good care of you. You will make friends with the facts but hide your healing powers.

You are loved, but you are not seen in your true nature!

The circumstances and the guilt

As a child, when you realize that you can’t live parts of yourself, of your personality, then you don’t understand that circumstances are forcing you to do so. As a child, you only realize that you are somehow “wrong”.

That you’re annoying, that you scare people, that you’re uncomfortable, that you can’t do something, that nobody understands you. And you blame yourself because children can’t help it. As a child, you always automatically blame yourself. And at some point you stop trusting yourself, stop loving yourself.

And then you bury the “disturbing” parts deep down because you don’t want to be to blame, because you can’t bear it as a child. You put them in a chest, put five locks on them and forget where you put them.

And what little is left of you then works as desired. It behaves the way it has to behave to avoid getting into trouble. That has good grades, that is friendly, polite and helpful. That gets an education, finds a job and is a recognized member of society.

That finds a husband or wife, builds a house and pays it off. That raises children and perhaps grandchildren too. They might buy a boat or go on vacation.

Up to the point where none of this helps and then you feel like you’ve hit a wall. A wall of meaninglessness and then this question comes up again:

Who are you?

So who are you really? What plans, goals and abilities did you come into this life with? Who is this spiritual being, this soul that has incarnated here, really?

What kind of parts did you put in this chest back then, very early in your childhood? Were they really bad? Or was that YOU in all your energy and fullness?

I mean, what you’ve achieved in life is a lot, nobody doubts that and there’s nothing wrong with that. But a large part is missing. YOU are missing.

You weren’t in the game the whole time. Time to change that, right?

No matter how hard it was for you back then, no matter how hard your whole life has been so far. No matter how difficult it is right now. You can choose to be yourself at any time. All those parts of yourself that you have hidden and forgotten, you can dig them out again.

Integrate them and bring them into your life and then what you have achieved so far will suddenly make sense. Then there is no more emptiness. Only abundance!

You can do it! And you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll help you. It’s not just my job, I’ve been through it myself. I didn’t learn this from books, I walked this path. The first step was the clear decision to set off.

And there is THE perfect time for this: NOW!

Gerhard Zirkel

Already bought socks?

Yes? Did you? And why socks anyway? That’s another metaphor, isn’t it? Yes, it is. It’s about the meaning of life. YOUR purpose in YOUR life. Find out what it has to do with socks here.

Right from the start

Imagine you decide one fine morning that you need new socks. Maybe the old ones are worn out or you don’t like them anymore. Anyway, you want new ones. So you decide to go out and buy some.

You have a nice breakfast and then off you go. Well, breakfast took a bit longer, but you still get out of the house before noon. Off to the nearest shopping center.

It’s pretty exciting. First of all, you get stuck at the pan seller’s stand because he can talk so funny. Let show you everything, take a good look at everything. You don’t need a pan, but hey … you can never have enough pans.

Moving on with the biggest and thickest pan in the bag, you wanted … socks! Right, socks. So on with the text.

As far as the shoe store. Yes, shoes, you’ve never really been there before, so I went in and had a good look through everything. Somehow you manage not to leave all your money there, but it won’t be cheap.

Then you’ll get through it and with a few more bags in tow you’ll realize that you’re really hungry. It’s already afternoon, how time flies. There was something else you wanted, wasn’t there? Anyway, let’s eat something first.

Another coffee and then you’ll remember. Socks! So off I went and promptly ended up at the nearest Mediamarkt. There are exciting things there, the latest computers and televisions and so on. You don’t spend any money here, but you do spend a lot of time.

Something is pinching and pulling you, but you ignore it. Then the pinching and pulling gets stronger and you look at the clock and it’s a quarter of an hour before closing time. Something tells you that you have forgotten something … something …

Socks! You’ve wasted the whole day and still no socks! But now quickly. Damn!

Where is the morality?

Do you know that from somewhere? No, not from your socks, but from your life?

What are you incarnated here for? Wasn’t there something? Somehow? Besides all the functioning and making and doing and running around and running away? We humans are spiritual beings who incarnate in a material world.

Not just to hang out here, but because we want to gain experience and sometimes have very specific goals.

Unfortunately, our delivery doesn’t come with an instruction manual with a list of what we want here. You had it easier in the metaphor above. At least then it was clear that you wanted to buy socks.

Nevertheless, you only just managed it. Now imagine that you still have to find out what you want to achieve. This is exactly how life works and it probably has to, because it is part of the experience for which we incarnate. Over and over again.

And what if …

But what if you have no idea what you want here? This happens quite often, because we do not incarnate in empty space. Instead, we end up in an existing system that automatically places expectations on us.

In which we first have to function in order to survive. And it’s not uncommon for us to get so used to it that we don’t realize for a long time that there’s more to it. We live the expectations of others and not our own lives.

That always goes well for a while, but at some point it starts to pinch. At some point, your intentions, your repressed soul parts, everything that you have not yet realized in the world will come to light. And the longer you ignore it, the stronger it becomes.

This can lead from a vague feeling of “something is wrong, there must be something else”, to depression and even fatal illness. You’ll either understand the message at some point, or it’s closing time.

You can make the decision yourself, nobody can do that for you. But you don’t have to walk the path to you alone. That’s why there are companions like me who can look deeper than you can with yourself.

Write to me right now and let’s find out who you really are.

Gerhard Zirkel

I am under stress, therefore I am!

You almost want to accept the headline just like that. Sad but true. Our society seems to be so focused on performance that you almost feel ashamed when you’re not under stress. But what is behind this, why is this the case and why is “the system” doing everything it can to prevent change?
Gerhard Zirkel
Gerhard Zirkel
01.12.2019

Professionally, it’s really bad. If you’re successful, you have to be stressed. Do a lot, get a lot done, preferably overtime, but never nothing. And above all, never let it show … that is … actually. The people around you have to notice how powerful, dynamic and efficient you are. So always show just enough stress so that you are seen as powerful but not in poor health. Because that would reveal weakness. What stress!

Then it continues in your free time. After all, if you are successful and have a lot of stress, you have to reduce it again. And the best way to do this is skiing, horse riding, in the gym, on a short break, with or without wellness, in the theater, museum, cinema … pure stress, this stress relief.

But you can afford it and you don’t treat yourself to anything else.

Anyone who has ever come to the end of their tether, the much-cited and already socially acceptable burnout, knows where this leads. Yes, it is socially acceptable, who still has a good old heart attack these days? No, even when we choose the most elegant way to drive our health against the wall, we still stress ourselves out by choosing the longest possible option.

Once you have overcome this phase, self-discovery naturally follows. Which can be quite stressful if you look at the many offers …

Already in kindergarten

It starts in kindergarten. No, actually long before that. If you have children yourself, take a deep look inside yourself and realize what you automatically expect from your children.

Can you just let your children do nothing? So really nothing? What happens when you have a child who stares holes in the air for hours on end? Or does some kind of “nonsense”? What if you have a child who doesn’t want to play? And certainly not with other children? A child who doesn’t want to learn anything?

What if your child can’t do what other children their age can already do? What if it is not so lively or much livelier than the others? What if it doesn’t conform to the norm, doesn’t learn to read, count or write on time?

Can you feel the stress behind it?

What if your child gets sick? A cold or whatever. Do you drag it to the doctor so that it gets well again very quickly? And can do something again? Isn’t that normal?

And if it doesn’t do anything, then you offer something. Even if it’s the TV or the tablet. Then they do nothing before that? Wrong. Motionless staring at moving images is pure stress. The brain is working like crazy, but the body has to be kept calm.

The situation is similar in traditional frontal teaching. The brain has to work like crazy because it has to memorize all the input. But the body must be kept calm. When you get home, you continue to learn, take in more input and save it.

But can all this be processed? No, no time. The next input is already waiting. The child actually needs time. Not a few hours, but a few weeks. Or months. To sort through the stored knowledge, supplement it with your own experiences and thus reach a point where you understand the connections and, if necessary, question them.

No time! Not in kindergarten, not at school, not at university and certainly not at work. And don’t you dare take the time to question something. Believe me, you’ll become the “enemy” so quickly that you’ll leave it at that.

Career

It becomes really difficult if you are aiming for a career in a larger company or group. In addition to the company system, there is also the group system. And a career means – you can say what you like – above all adapting and running along. Within the limits of what you are allowed.

And overtime. Often a lot of overtime. Plus constant availability and that special kind of responsibility that always leaves you with one foot in the abyss. In addition, you will earn more money, but you will need it to organize your life in such a way that you are eligible for the next career level. You won’t get out. At least not without destroying everything you have built up.

The system

Because a system, no matter which one, always automatically does everything it can to preserve itself. A system has to do this, otherwise it runs the risk of collapsing. And what is the fastest way to collapse a system?

People who question it and then change it. This must be prevented and the system in which we live in the western world does this very efficiently. And for a very, very long time. It keeps us so busy that we simply don’t have time to question it. Because there is so much new input that we can no longer keep up with saving it.

Of course, such a system is not bad per se. I even believe that we always need a system in order to live. Even primitive peoples live in a system. The whole world is a system. In itself, a system is not something that needs to be removed. However, it is important to understand the rules of the game.

Because a system like the one we have today is very easy to manipulate by those who know how it works. All you have to do is check the information and that is extremely easy to do – provided you have the necessary small change.

Those who control what information is in circulation and visible, who control what is memorized, who control what people are afraid of and who therefore also control people’s behaviour.

In the past it was “the church”, today it is “science” or “the media” or the corporation. That’s where the input comes from, so much so that you hardly ever have a chance to question anything. Even if you wanted to, you wouldn’t have the time.

Unless you’re doing it on purpose. If you manage to keep a window of time free for it. If you risk being immediately penalized by the system.

How do I overcome this fear and the danger?

What can I do to change things without crashing or losing control?

Getting out is out of the question for most people. Not because they can’t imagine or finance it. But because you always take yourself with you, no matter how far away you travel. You always have yourself and your emotional patterns and entanglements with you. ALWAYS!

The first and most important step is to understand how the system works. To understand how you got into it. Understanding that the system will never give you the information you need to leave it.

If you were the system, you wouldn’t reveal the outcome, would you?

So the way is not to work even harder, read even more, learn even more. The exit begins at the point at which you reflect on the fears that the system implants in you.

You can’t run away, and certainly not from yourself!

They need to be dissolved, these entanglements, these outdated thought patterns, these resonances that always make us do what others tell us to do – and never what we really want. If we have even come this far in knowing what we want. The greatest effort is often to separate what we want from what we have been led to believe we should want.

If you now think that the shaman is chatting out of the box even though he has no idea, let me tell you: I’ve been through it all! Everything! You don’t become a shaman from books, you become a shaman by learning by doing. So I have dissolved them, the entanglements, thought patterns and beliefs. At least many of them, but certainly enough to be able to help other people do the same.

In the end, this does not lead to an exit from society, quite the opposite. It leads to strong and self-determined people who really have power and often change society in the long term.

Feel free to contact me if you also want to find the exit. Not out of all systems, but into one that YOU yourself help to shape according to YOUR needs.
