When the system breaks down
People will soon no longer be able to afford their cars and heating will become a political issue. Nobody can pay for the gas anyway, but over there are the nasty rich people and none of this affects them. They only get richer and that’s why they are evil.
The Russians, the Americans, the refugees, the money, the rich and so on are to blame …
Fighting against the system – fighting for the system
And for many people, this results in the impulse to fight. An unbelievable number of people want everything to go back to the way it used to be and most of these people know exactly how to achieve this.
The politicians have to go or others have to come, it has to be more right-wing or more left-wing. More must be produced or less, the money supply must be restricted, no, expanded. More debt, less debt and in the end we will be controlled by Pleiadian reptiloids anyway, who grow organs in us …
The basic tenor is often the same: Someone has to put everything back the way it was. Just like mommy and daddy could. That sucked back then too, but it was still comfortable. Everything went so well. And now everything is broken, so someone has to come and fix it.
Ideally, you should announce this on Facebook or Twitter. If only enough people post about how crap masks and vaccinations are, how stupid paper money is or cryptos or the school system, everything will change. The sheep should finally wake up.
What really happens
What is currently happening in Europe and the USA, in short, in the “Western world”, is not new at all. Not at all. Historically speaking, what is happening is old hat. Unfortunately, we humans don’t get old enough to live through these cycles completely and so we only ever see the snapshot.
We see how the economy is collapsing, how inflation is eating up our last savings, how wars are looming that could well end on our own doorstep and so on.
And since we’ve never experienced anything like this personally, we think it’s new. And so we think that we can stop it by standing up to it.
Some by demonstrating, others by hoarding firewood or gold coins, others by simply burying their heads in the sand and waiting until it’s over. This is also a way of fighting, albeit a very passive one.
What we don’t want to see is situations like the current one repeating themselves every 50-100 years. And have been for thousands of years. There are people who have studied this scientifically, it’s not just a fantasy. There are even references to it in the Bible.
The phases of the emergence, rise, peak and decline of empires, countries and currency systems have been going on forever, always following the same basic pattern. Different in detail, of course, but always exactly the same in principle.
No matter what form of rule, no matter what level of technical development. There are forces at work that arise from human nature. These are not conspiracies or evil elites who want to destroy us all. No, what is at work are elemental forces that arise from our human nature.
What you are trying to do
And then you little “Hanswurscht” come and demonstrate on the village square to wake up the “sheep”. Nice try, I can understand that too, but you’re just getting yourself worked up.
Because you are not opposing this one stupid politician, but the whole of humanity. Yes, you read that right. What happens is the result of humanity itself. And they are clearly in the majority.
It’s about the rise and fall of civilizational units and this has been going on for thousands of years because it has to. Because there is no such thing as eternal growth. That’s just the way humans are wired.
The three generations
With a few exceptions, this development is even taking place on a personal level. The first generation builds, the second holds and the third destroys everything again. Because each generation only sees its part of the puzzle and never the big picture.
There are very few people who are at all interested in the big picture and even fewer who can delve deep enough to really understand the principles.
But this is not always necessary, because it is enough to know that it is so. Not so much why exactly this or that is happening in detail. Because the details differ from case to case anyway. It’s a matter of principle.
And the principle says that the EU (and the USA), for example, is now in a phase of disintegration. The masses are crying out for socialism, the state is printing money without end and devaluing it faster than it can print it. All of this is accompanied by an increasingly fierce battle between those who have and those who want.
As always, this is enriched with horror stories that ultimately only fuel fear and confusion. So that nobody recognizes the big picture.
None of this is new, even the often cited oh-so-evil “Great Reset” is not new. He now has a tangible face and great marketing through social media. But that was also the case last time, it’s just that no one is still alive who would have experienced it themselves and you have to read and understand history books, who does that anyway. But at the end of the day, it is once again just the inevitable socialism that follows high phases and ends up in chaos.
Now you can demonstrate against it, fight against it or simply not want to see it, because what you don’t see doesn’t happen … right? However, you can go against the grain. That just won’t interest things.
What would be much better
Fit in! Yes, it’s that simple. See the situation as it is and then do what the spiritual scene always throws at you: create your own reality. But …
Big misunderstanding
But that doesn’t mean that you meditate with your little job in your little apartment under the supervision of your little mindset until the world is pink again. It’s not about thinking “positively” and softening everything with light and love until everyone is nice again.
It’s not that we all have to be one again and banish everything that separates us until we are a loving mash of awakened beings of light. It’s also not about banishing the evil bad ego and being vegan until the lion is back in Bavaria.
No, it means that you change yourself, your thoughts and feelings and your actions until you are striving upwards instead of downwards. And you do this by combining your feelings with your thoughts. It’s about YOU and YOUR place in the world.
The space you have to create for yourself. And actively. Sure, it may be that every human being simply has a natural right to live. But he also has a duty to do it himself. Otherwise you can end it right away. You are free to do so. It’s also a kind of solution.
The sinking ship
Take a sinking ship. You can sit on it and meditate on the downfall. Claim that you’re doing great with it and that staying afloat is overrated anyway. And your life is nice and you’re actually doing well … but then you sink anyway because the ship is going down. This is not a conspiracy theory but physics. Or economy. Because it’s the way of the world that even the biggest ships sink at some point. You won’t stop it, because it would lead the course of events ad absurdum.
Or you recognize what is going on and then you change. If you think in time, you might catch one of the lifeboats or at least a lifebuoy. If not, you just have to jump into the water and swim without it.
You may have to disembark in the dead of night, jump, even though you don’t know how deep it is, how cold the water will be and whether you can hold out long enough to reach the shore. Who knows, you might drown on the way. Can be anything.
But if you stay on the ship, you will definitely sink.
For thousands of years, the majority of humanity has chosen to go down with the sinking ship. Because it is in their nature to do so. These are the extras I wrote about recently: Extra or leading actor
Your decision
But a certain proportion of people always choose the path of adaptation and active change. If you see that the system you are living in is going under, then move to another one! Don’t try to save the ship, save YOURSELF.
It’s as simple as that. Move, change, try out new ways. Yes, you might sink in the process and you might have to leave all those who want to go down with the ship. But if you stay where you are, you will definitely go under. What do you have to lose?
And I can tell you from my own experience and from experience with my clients: very few people who choose the path of active change go under. To be honest, I don’t know a single one.
Sure, such a path is sometimes really exhausting, because nobody tells you what to do. This is perhaps the biggest innovation for a European. You’re taking a new path. There are no instructions and laws and regulations for them yet and you can’t call the police if someone is mean to you. And yes, of course you also re-enter a system with new paths.
There’s nothing wrong with that, it just has to be one that floats stably. Fortunately, all ships never sink at the same time. For every system that goes down, a new one is created. And then there are those that are at their peak while yours is going down.
The world is a big place and there are always many more opportunities than risks.
You have to decide which path you want to take. Whether you want to go one way or whether you want to stay down and talk yourself into it or drink it up. Whatever.
I can help you
I can help you if you decide to take the new path. I won’t tell you what it looks like, because only you know your path and only after you’ve walked it. But I can help you to become so strong, free and independent from within that you can go your own way.
I can help you get your mindset big enough to grasp the wealth of possibilities. I can help you to feel and thus understand that you don’t have to remain the small employee or pensioner on 1364.67 euros a month. You can get ten times that, at least.
I can help you to see your possibilities and then actively explore new paths. Wherever they lead. Far away or once in a circle and back again, but with a different attitude. Or something in between. That’s your thing then.
But you will be able to walk and that’s all that matters! Write to me NOW
What are you doing?
Engineers with building blocks
And how you can still get ahead
An example
Imagine a room and engineers are sitting in this room. Not just any engineers, but really good development engineers. People with a lot of expertise and really good ideas.
And now you give them a bag full of building blocks and the task of inventing something really new.
Well, there they are, the engineers with the building blocks, and they start experimenting with them. They make a real effort and reassemble them over and over again.
Sometimes low, sometimes high, sometimes houses, sometimes something else. Soon voices are raised that something new is needed. Something truly revolutionary. Because you wouldn’t get any further with just the existing building blocks.
So someone goes out on a limb and invents something new. Admittedly, he uses material from the neighboring room and also some tools. Then he comes back and has THE sensation with him:
A building block in a previously unknown color! The smash hit!
Everyone is enthusiastic and starts experimenting again. Of course, nothing really new comes out of it, but they are engineers after all and they know what to do and invent the next big sensation:
This time the building block is made of plastic and not wood and is also slightly larger than the other building blocks.
That triggers controversy, and what controversy it triggers. The first thing to clarify is whether plastic is compatible with wood at all. Then where the advantages and disadvantages would be and whether it is allowed at all.
That keeps our engineers busy for the time being, maybe we’ll let a few lawyers and perhaps one or two administrative officials into the room – after all, we have to have a bit of fun.
What am I getting at?
This is how our mind works. Yes, sorry, of course nobody wants to hear that, but deep down you know it’s true.
Our mind can only ever reassemble what it knows, no matter how good or creative you are or how hard you try. Sure, the human mind has produced incredible things, far more than building blocks. And of course one mind can learn from another. But if you are completely honest, they were all just new combinations of material that had always been there.
As long as it works, that’s great. But what if it doesn’t work for you? When you’re living a life you don’t want and your mind just can’t find a way out? Because he thinks he only has building blocks?
What if you’re trapped in a system that you can’t get out of? If you can’t leave? If you have no chance of a career? If you are kept small?
This is not possible because …
I hear this occasionally when I discuss things with people, especially on social networks, but also in real life. “That’s not possible because…”
Basically, you would understand that there is a need for development and you would also see all the people who are doing much better. But you can’t follow a development path because you’re a single parent, because you earn so little money, because you don’t have time, have to look after someone, can’t leave the cat behind, can’t get away anyway, and so on and so forth.
The really nasty thing is that these arguments are right. That really is the case. You can’t argue against it, because if someone earns just enough to live on, then they can’t afford coaching. Point. Absolutely true.
And so that you don’t feel like a complete idiot, you might make up a few excuses. Something along the lines of “I’m also satisfied with little” and “others are even worse off” or “first this and that has to happen and then …”. This then ensures that the mind really settles down with its building blocks and doesn’t go out the door at all. Everything is great.
Viewed with the mind
From a rational point of view, there really is no solution. But that is precisely the problem, because the mind can only recombine what it knows. If he has never known anything other than earning just enough to live on by working as an employee every day, he will not find a way out of this situation. Because he only has building blocks. Because he has no idea how it could be better.
He could ensure that you earn a little more, but at the same time he would make sure that you spend more. Same situation, only your TV is bigger. He could also get you to take more vacation, work less or whatever. But all in all, you would still be exactly where you are now.
In order to find a solution, the mind would have to go one level deeper, to the spiritual level from which the material arises. So that the solution becomes tangible and then conceivable. But the mind cannot do that because it is also material. A part of a system can never see the entire system. That is simply not possible. And certainly not with thinking.
And so you can think and think and still remain a single parent, with a salary that’s not enough and a cat you can’t leave behind.
And then the shaman comes and tells you about decisions and personal responsibility and you hit the ceiling because your mind screams “that won’t work because …”.
The solution
You can only achieve the goal that you can feel. Some people seem to be able to do that, they achieve an incredible amount, there seem to be no limits. Simply because, deep down, these people have no boundaries. You can feel the absolute fullness and then you will achieve it. There is an infinite amount of life energy available to each of us and life energy can be transformed into any form of matter.
If the feeling is blocked at the point where it should go beyond the small employee salary, then you can’t get over it even with a lot of thinking. If your feelings are blocked where income and expenditure always balance each other out, then that’s where you stay. If your feeling is blocked at the point where you should let go of the rat tail that is holding you, then you won’t let it go.
To do this, you go to the spiritual level to work on the problem there.
To do this, you go into the ancestral line, into your energy system, into your beliefs, and not just the imagined ones, but – these are really nasty – into the felt ones. Into the ones you can’t reach with thinking, because they lie behind thinking. Because the mind knows nothing about them, because they look like building blocks.
What happens then
Then what often happens to my clients happens. They go beyond what they have known before and suddenly have completely new options for action. Sometimes they are amazed at what they can suddenly do.
Some don’t even realize this during the process and at some point are shocked at what they have created for themselves. Suddenly there is freedom where before there was a prison. Suddenly it doesn’t stop at 1457.56 euros net, but ten times that or a hundred times that … what a blatant idea and no, not one that is “unrealistic”. Who has decided what is “realistic” for you so far? The mind, right? The one with the building blocks. I see.
Just imagine, suddenly there’s no one in the way. No family, no state, no borders, no limited resources, no one. Suddenly it’s just you, the world and incredible possibilities.
The mind can’t get to it, the senses can. And if you can feel where you are going, then your mind can join in again and take care of the implementation. Then the two work together.
This doesn’t happen by chance, it doesn’t happen overnight and you need someone to accompany you. Someone who guides you because he knows the way. I like to do this, often and hopefully soon together with you.
So, what do you feel? And what are you going to DO now?
Haphazardly through the night?
And then I looked to see what the reactions were. As always with Facebook, there was everything from professional to “complete idiot” (anyone who knows Facebook understands that).
The sense
But this hint had a purpose. There is a message behind it, a very important message.
First of all, I am not an astrology expert. Strictly speaking, I have about zero idea about it. However, I have people I can ask. Very important if you have no idea about a topic. More on this below.
However, the Mercury retrograde is an issue for me as a Gemini. Not one that always has to be in the foreground, sometimes I only analyze the effect of this phenomenon in retrospect. And then I bite my ass. Because it would have made more sense to do it beforehand.
Roughly speaking, Mercury retrograde ensures that business matters run much more slowly than usual. In such phases, concluded contracts are terminated, bookings are canceled, new bookings are made more difficult and overall business is slower than usual.
When you hit a phase like this without warning, it is extremely annoying and exhausting. Especially if you are planning marketing campaigns or major business transactions during this time. More things go wrong than usual and you have to invest a lot more energy, time and nerves.
Now, of course, you can dismiss this as a crazy idea and just get on with it. You don’t have to be like that, after all, life is not a pony farm and if you have set yourself goals, then you will achieve them. With force if necessary.
Sure, it works, but it’s really exhausting. It has to be easier somehow.
An example
Imagine you had to cross a stretch of land. A very wild stretch of land, somewhere in the outback. You are a hiker in an area where not many people live, far away from civilization.
There are no real paths, only trails. They are quite winding and never really visible, there don’t seem to be any signposts. Between you and your destination there are several rivers, lots of forest, gorges, mountains and swamps.
A real wilderness, just like you would find as a lonely hiker, far away from civilization. You are now at your starting point and have to get through it. You can already see your destination in the distance, but you can’t yet see the way there. The forest is too dense for that.
Then you go off, because it doesn’t help, you have to get through one way or another. So you take the direct route and head into the wilderness. With a machete in your hand, you make your way through the forest, wading through the first swamp, which is really exhausting, as you know if you’ve ever waded through a swamp.
Then comes the first river, phew, quite a lot of current. But you conquer it and reach the other shore. Proud of your performance, but soaked to the skin and completely out of breath. After a short rest we continue, now we come to a few mountains and gorges, quite a slog, but you’ll get through them too.
And so it goes on, with one or two more rivers to come, all with lots of water and currents. A few swamps and forest everywhere. Lots of forest. But you can do it, you’ll get there. Completely at the end of your tether, but you got through, that’s what counts!
Is that really all? Another hiker arrives shortly after you and he is not out of breath at all. He looks as if he’s just gone for a little walk, he smiles at you and wonders why you’re so exhausted.
What did the second hiker do differently? He came from the same starting point, does he have more stamina? No, he has a card. Simple solution, he has a map of the area and not only a spatial one, but also a temporal one.
What you didn’t know was where you could cross the rivers most easily and where the paths in the forest and through the swamps were. And also when the water level would be high and when it would be low. The second hiker knew when and where it was easiest to get through.
It’s as simple as that. The example is far-fetched? No, it is not. Have you ever traveled by car in Costa Rica? No, then do that. It can happen that you follow the Google navigation and suddenly find yourself in front of a river that you have to drive through because there is no bridge. This is not uncommon in Costa Rica, in some areas it is even the rule.
If you have no idea whether it’s the dry season or the rainy season, you might look pretty stupid and have to turn around again. Or drown your car in the river. And yes, that also happens there from time to time. Especially for those who don’t know the difference between the dry and rainy seasons or who want to go through the wall with their heads.
Mercury retrograde
And it’s just as simple in life, because that also knows cards like this.
Mercury is such a card, or part of it. And a temporal one at that. If it is retrograde, you know that the river in front of you is in flood. Sure, you can still get through, but you’ll be extremely out of breath afterwards and risk your head and neck.
You could also simply wait until the water level returns to normal and then wade through in a relaxed manner. You can use the time until then for something else. You can rest, make new plans, fish or simply stare holes in the air.
And that’s exactly my point with this example. Having goals, defining them and then pursuing them is one thing. A very important one, of course, because without clear goals and a clear decision to achieve them, you won’t set off in the first place.
The cards of life
But it is just as important to have a map. And there are plenty of tickets. Western astrology is just one of them. There is also the Asian equivalent and even a strategy technique called Quimen Dunjia. I dealt with this many years ago. Extremely informative. And there are plenty of other ways to analyze and refine your personality, your strengths, your strategies and the appropriate time slots.
The annual festivals, or the stations in the annual cycle, are also such a map. Incidentally, one for which I offer active guidance, see Annual Circle.
But there are also geographical maps in life, as some projects are easier to implement in other places. Which is why I left Germany, for example, and many other people change their place of residence to suit their goals. This is not “running away”, this is following a geographical map with the aim of finding the best conditions.
There are political cards, for some projects it just makes sense to turn your back on a burgeoning socialism or to avoid drastic social rules or too much surveillance and control. Or a society that is not optimal for your own growth because it pursues different goals than you do. Or because she no longer pursues any goals and gets angry when you do.
In addition to the maps, there are even guides that you can hire to help you get to your destination. People like me, for example, shamans and coaches. But you can also ask advisors of all kinds. For example, how I have people I can ask about astrology. Or who can give me legal advice or know where I can stay and for how long in order to remain tax-free.
So what to do?
Use the cards! Use all the cards you can get. And there is also a very important card, namely your gut feeling. Or your heart, however you want to define it. This is another card that works well in combination with the other cards. The important key word is “in combination”. Gut feeling without cards is just as stupid as cards without gut feeling. You can learn that too, a large part of my work revolves around exactly that.
Don’t discard half the cards just because you think they’re garbage. It’s not a map, really not a map at all. A card is a card and the cards of life are all correct. The only decision you have to make is whether to use them or not.
Then you will realize that for everything, really everything in your life, there are times, places and approaches that are more favorable than others. And then you can use your life energy more efficiently than before. Nobody is forcing you to do it, you can also do it like the first hiker in the example and conquer everything by force. You can also squat. Not all cards are always suitable for all of us. Finding out requires a bit of detective work and again the use of maps and helpers. You can do all this, try it out or leave it.
You always bear the consequences yourself anyway.
What not to do under any circumstances?
Staying in place. In the example above, both hikers have reached their destination. One with effort, the other seemingly effortlessly, but they both arrived because they both set off.
If you want to lose no matter what, then stay on your couch and wait. It could be that the target comes closer on its own or someone feeds you. It’s never worked before, but who knows …
You can always say afterwards: “I spent a lot of time on the couch”. Maybe that will be a mitigating factor when you realize you’ve wasted your life. It doesn’t help if you tell yourself that you’re fine and that the universe will always take care of you.
Sure, it does. By giving you the opportunity to act!
Extra or leading actor?
This article is about a topic that can be a little “triggering”, as it puts its finger on a wound that is as old as humanity itself. Perhaps even older. It is about separation, about moving on, about duality, about very fundamental aspects of our being.
He just doesn’t get it!
Manfred is one of those people who have already achieved great things and is constantly working on himself to get ahead, to become more stable, to get even bigger. Manfred is an entrepreneur and one who takes his life seriously. He always was, even as a 6-year-old he was already the best soccer player in his age group.
He is someone who not only does what everyone else does, but who is constantly developing on a personal level in order to be better than everyone else. He does not want to decide whether he is “spiritual” or not. But he does everything he can to develop himself, to remove blockages, to invest in himself. And he is successful with it. Very much so. And he is awake, recognizes what is happening in the world, why it is happening and how he has to position himself so that it doesn’t happen to him.
His brother is completely different. After school, he did an apprenticeship rather listlessly and now he’s working in a company as an employee and that’s where he is now. From Manfred’s point of view, completely motionless. Work from morning to evening, Monday to Friday. Weekend beer and barbecue with the boys. The television tells him what to think and what to buy, neither of which is questioned.
Career? Nope, what for? Invest? Nope, what for? Any personal development steps? Nope, what for? Understand what is happening and then act? Nope, what’s happening? Nothing happens.
Manfred could almost despair
Do you know people like that? I don’t mean Manfred, but his brother? These many people who seem to behave like sheep, don’t seem to think, don’t seem to develop and are more or less apathetically at the mercy of life’s movements?
Do you sometimes feel like you want to shake these people until they finally move? Until they somehow, no matter how, just somehow develop? But they don’t do it and they don’t even see the need.
They run blindly into wars, into economic crises, into oppression, into ruin. And not only that, they sometimes hate you just for not running blindly somewhere. For maybe even trying to save them. They hate you, they laugh at you, they put obstacles in your way, they want to get rid of you.
But why is this the case and why do there seem to be so many of these people and so few of those who continue to develop? And why do you sometimes even have someone like that as a partner?
“Slightly” provocative
A valued colleague and friend of mine once referred to these people as “filler souls”.
Ok, admittedly, taken on its own, this statement could be seen as rather patronizing. But that’s not what she meant at all, not at all. Let me try to explain it.
It’s like in the movie
Let’s compare the world with a movie. In every feature film, there is one or a few main characters around whom the whole movie revolves. They have great adventures, achieve incredible things, look great and are adored by everyone. In short, they are the main actors.
But they are not alone, there are a few supporting actors and lots of extras who seem to be there just to walk through the picture at the right moment. Completely unimportant.
Right? No, they are not. Imagine an action movie with only the main actor. Running wildly, completely alone through an empty landscape. Imagine the old Rambo movies, only with Rambo.
Quite an embarrassing performance. That does not work. You can film lugworms mating while you’re at it.
With very few cinematic exceptions, there can be no feature film without supporting actors and extras. And if one of these extras can only be seen for a second on the other side of the street, this second is immensely important in order to give the main actor his stage.
Without the second of the extra, the second of the main actor doesn’t work. So who is more important, the extra or the leading actor? Exactly, both are equally important because one cannot do without the other.
Incarnations
Now let’s assume that we humans incarnate here in the material world from the spiritual world. Let’s assume that we do this again and again and that we do it to develop ourselves.
Let’s assume that we only created the material world in order to be able to develop in a material world.
What would happen if we all incarnated at the same time with the aim of personal development? Exactly, we would have a world full of main characters. That would work just as poorly as a feature film with only leading actors. Well, maybe a movie with only 20 Rambos would work somehow … but it wouldn’t make any sense.
So there have to be extras and my theory is that we therefore always need souls who incarnate as extras or filler souls. So that those who come here for development can do the same.
We probably take turns, everyone is an extra sometimes, everyone is the main actor sometimes. So there is no evaluation in it, no “better” or “worse”. It is simply the current position, which is probably already clear before we go into incarnation. From the point of view of the spiritual level from which we come, this is probably not really a judgment. Who should judge at this level? After all, this is a material construct put together by the material mind.
In practice
In the practice of material life, this means that you can neither “wake up” nor save an extra. What parts of the spiritual scene are always so keen to repeat, that the world must now “wake up” and that everyone should finally understand what it’s all about, is bullshit.
The coaching scene is no better when it claims that everyone needs a coach.
Anyone who is incarnated as an extra will also do their job as an extra. There’s no other way. He won’t hire a coach because he doesn’t want to change. The entire material world will not “wake up”, because that would be a movie in which all the extras would suddenly become the main characters, a movie with 7 billion Rambos. After that, it would no longer be a feature film, but a huge mess that nobody would want to see.
Who are you?
But now it’s getting exciting. Who are you? Are you an extra or a leading actor? And why do some people seem to start out as extras and only then become stars?
Well, the first question is quickly answered. If you were a statist, you wouldn’t be reading this article. Because then you would have no motivation to develop further, because that would not be your plan for this incarnation. Then I would be an “esospinner” to you and you would blaspheme about me over a beer or not even know of my existence.
So you are a leading actor. That’s an important realization, because maybe you don’t feel that way at all.
Maybe you feel more like an extra who has realized that everyone around him is an extra, but can’t make them understand that. Are you perhaps a “small employee” who sees that the world is sliding into ruin, but no one seems to understand you?
Do you feel like the only sighted person among blind people? Then you might be one of those actors who start out as an extra and become the main character in the course of the movie. Like someone who starts as a clerk in a company and then works their way up to become the boss. While his former colleagues remain clerks until they retire.
What are you doing?
Then change that. As soon as you realize that you are among extras, but that you are not one, you can start to change your position.
This is not always easy, because no incarnation stands alone. They are all connected to each other and you are also connected to your ancestors who were before you in this incarnation, in this movie.
And perhaps part of the development you have planned for yourself is to work your way up from the bottom. So this is not a malicious trap that fate has set for you, but part of your process.
Perhaps it is unavoidable that you virtually leave the people around you behind. That you drop them, hand them over to destruction. You may have to watch them drown in the crowd. That can be part of the journey. Just as someone who makes a career has to come to terms with the fact that his former colleagues are stuck at the bottom. But that’s their decision, their job.
If you stay a small employee because you love the other small employees so much, then you stay there. With all the consequences. But that’s not what you’re here for.
The fact that you are reading this article is also part of your process and if I offer to help you in this article, then that is also part of the process.
And yes, I can help you. I have walked the path myself and I have accompanied many people along the way. Now it’s your turn, you can keep trying to wake up filler souls and get crookedly angry. Or you can continue on your way. Even if it means seemingly leaving the filler souls behind.
It’s about you taking up your position in this incarnation. And it’s way up there, otherwise you wouldn’t have read this far. Even if it feels difficult or you are afraid of the path, get started. Take the first step. Step out of the crowd of extras and take up your position.
The way you make decisions
Head person versus emotional person
Namely the differences between so-called head people and emotional people.
First of all: What I write below is not intended to be an assessment of who is better or worse. Both are equally good and both have their justification. My aim is to find a solution to the dilemma that the two don’t really seem to go together.
Because they make their decisions in different ways. Because they seem to approach life’s challenges so completely differently.
The head person
Makes a decision on the basis of information he has researched. It compares prices, aspects, qualities, sizes and availability. He makes pro and con lists, Excel tables and comparisons.
He reads reviews, tests extensively and keeps an eye on the finances. He has an analytical and rational explanation for everything he does. If you ask him why he is doing something, he will be able to tell you exactly why.
He can tell you why he bought what he bought. He can calculate, analyze and think everything through before he acts. He is a big fan of studies, statistics and provable facts.
The emotional person
Makes his decisions “from the gut”. If he wants to buy something, he feels whether it is good for him and then he does it. If you ask him why, this question will alienate him. He won’t understand why you’re asking him that and if he does, he’ll tell you that he just wanted the thing.
He is not interested in reviews from other people or references because he can’t do anything with them. He doesn’t plan his future because he knows that he only needs to follow the energy. He trusts the universe and himself and goes his own way, wherever that may lead him.
He sometimes knows things without being able to explain why and how.
Basically
As stated at the beginning, this is not a judgment. There are these two types of behavior patterns and both have their justification. Neither is better or worse than the other, even if there are sometimes misunderstandings and even arguments between people of the two patterns.
Especially in relationships, both private and professional, it can be difficult if one person is more of a head person and the other an emotional person.
Emotional people often describe head people as hard and unfair or as unconscious or even destructive. And emotional people are often portrayed as effeminate fools because they are once again unable to explain why they do what they do.
An example
Many, many years ago, I saw an example in a TV documentary that clicked with me and that I still remember today. It was one of those supposedly real documentaries about a couple who wanted to buy a property.
Whether the plot was real or fake, the problem was that he selected houses according to location, number of rooms, furnishings, technology, condition, financing options and so on. A head person through and through, with precise ideas of what is needed and how the house must be designed in order to be able to realize future family planning.
He certainly did a very good job, but during the viewing his wife repeatedly said: “I don’t feel comfortable here”. That almost drove him out of his mind. He kept asking her why she didn’t feel well, what the reason was and what could be done. She must be able to justify this, he said, sounding somewhat helpless.
He really went out of his way to get the perfect house for them. He really wanted to know what needed to be different. But she couldn’t tell him that. Not that he understood it.
Because whether an emotional person feels good or not cannot be broken down into arguments. He feels comfortable or not. The only thing that helps is to keep looking until it fits. She didn’t understand why he got angry at some point. And he didn’t understand what he was doing “wrong”.
They were obviously unaware of the difference in their approaches.
Another example
This time from my business environment. There are a lot of colleagues who collect heaps of references from their clients on their websites. And which show a lot of facts, publish statements from customers and also success stories.
Because they are the kind of people who form an opinion based on references, facts, evaluations and analyses. They assume that their customers do the same and act accordingly.
Then there are the others, including myself. I don’t give a damn about ratings and references. Or to announcements and promises. When I hire someone for something, I feel them out and then I know whether they are good for me or not. And most of my clients feel the same way.
Both approaches work and both are good. If you know who you are.
The problem
And this is often precisely where the problem lies. We are sometimes not aware that this difference exists and how to deal with it. Quite often, we don’t even know exactly what type we are.
Because, of course, the boundaries are fluid. An emotional person can also process arguments and make rational decisions and, of course, a head person can also tell whether they feel good or not. A sentimentalist can also come because of a recommendation or because he has read a reference.
But often enough, these boundaries are blurred or shifted by our social conditioning. Unfortunately, it often happens to emotional people that they are forced to use “hard” arguments in kindergarten and school instead of relying on their feelings.
You often see this with children. “I don’t like going there”. “But why don’t you want to go there?”. “I don’t know, I don’t like going there”. “But you must be able to tell me why. It’s nice there” … and at some point the child gives up. At some point it suppresses its feelings and if it doesn’t find hard arguments instead, it gives up its own will. A head child will find arguments, an emotional child dies inside.
And then at some point you grow up and you keep the pattern. Either you do what you’re told even though your gut is screaming the opposite. Or you follow your feelings, but invest an incredible amount of energy in seemingly justifying them with facts. Because you no longer have the courage to stand by your feelings, you argue until you are understood. Or maybe not.
It’s not that rare, ask a man who drives a luxury car why he drives this car. Very few people will directly say that they think it’s cool because it feels good. Most will say something about mass, crumple zone and safety, with value stability, load volume, leasing rates and so on.
Even those who are actually emotional people. Sure, all important arguments, but they generally bought the car because it’s cool. They just don’t admit it.
So what to do?
It is very important that you know who you are! Yes, exactly, so banal. But it’s not that trivial, because our true nature has been superimposed since birth and even much longer through our ancestral line. There are many layers of learned patterns on top. They all have to be processed so that you can find yourself.
But that has its advantages. Because if you know who you are, you can act consciously and of your own accord. If you are an emotional person, you can always disguise your feelings with arguments if necessary. But then you do it consciously and not unconsciously.
And as a head person, you can also feel or follow your partner’s feelings without immediately losing control of your life. You can then combine the two and do so consciously!
If the couple from the example above had known who they were, there would have been no argument. They both could have combined his analytical skills with her feelings without getting angry at their mutual lack of understanding.
Especially in business, it is extremely important to know yourself and also to know that other people may approach things differently. This is particularly important for entrepreneurs and managers. But also for employees.
Just because an employee cannot explain his actions with facts does not necessarily mean that his decisions are wrong. Perhaps he just meets them differently than expected. You can use this and you can even combine head and emotional people in a targeted way.
But when people deny themselves because they don’t know who they are or don’t dare to be who they are, an incredible amount of energy is lost.
How I can help
A lot of my work is about helping people to find out who they are. To show people ways to dissolve all these overlays caused by conditioning, ancestral influences, etc.
You will be amazed at how much life energy you suddenly have, how much you can suddenly achieve when this fight against yourself and the rest of the world is no longer necessary. When you can suddenly stand up for yourself and your truth in a completely relaxed way.
Don’t wait any longer, tackle the issue. We always start with an introductory session, after which we see what your path could look like and then we walk it together.
PS: What I don’t mean
The type of person I definitely don’t mean by “emotional person” here – and this is important, as it often leads to major misunderstandings – is the type of “professional victim” who feels that half the world has hurt his feelings and cheated him out of his life because everyone is so cruel and evil. Because the partner is such a narcissist and the boss is such a capitalist, and no one is kind to animals …
THESE are people who find themselves in the role of victim. Incidentally, there are also head people who like to get involved in political discussions at the regulars’ table. There are also ways out, but I would be happy to write a separate article on this.
Well-being
In short: you don’t feel as comfortable as you would like. There’s something else. You can’t grasp it. Maybe it keeps you running, you can’t let go, you can’t relax.
Or your health becomes noticeable and you feel something is wrong. You could actually sit back, relax and enjoy your life. Enjoy what you have built up.
But it doesn’t work and you don’t really know why. The right place is missing, or the right partner or … yes, what is it? The sense of well-being is missing.
If you already have everything, but …
Don’t worry, the solution is not to donate all your money and live in poverty. Money alone may not make you happy, but not having any usually makes you unhappy.
No, that’s not a solution, please keep your wealth, you’ve probably worked hard for it.
The problem lies somewhere else entirely and it is precisely those people who have their lives very well under control and are very successful who only realize late on when something is wrong somewhere. If you are on your way to the top, you have enough energy to simply gloss over minor inconsistencies.
There’s always something to do. Building a business, investing, sport, hobbies, family and, when everything is going well, the many leisure activities. Everything without limits, because there is always enough matter.
Then at some point …
But there comes a point when you realize that something is missing. Perhaps because you find it difficult to retire from active business life, or because you can’t let go of your now grown-up children. Perhaps there are also more and more arguments in your private life or you feel driven. Can’t really relax.
Or because you suddenly feel a touch of depression. You realize something is wrong. But what? Where to start? Can’t everything have been wrong?
Quite the opposite
But perhaps you have overlooked a small cog somewhere along the way. A part of you that you did not bring into life.
Perhaps the lack of this element has even helped you to be successful. Some people are so successful because they are virtually running away from a deep emotional injury or deficiency.
This often brings very good results, but only as long as you keep running.
An example of this
Let’s call him Peter. Peter is 68 years old and a classic entrepreneur. A medium-sized company, a few dozen employees and the company built up from nothing. Always working hard, many hours a day.
The first one in the morning and the last one in the evening. Always there for everyone, always delivered good work and put the company first.
It paid off, the business is in great health and now he has sold it for really good money. He’s done everything right, the sailing boat is already waiting, he’ll have time now.
But he can’t rest. Quite the opposite. The worst stress at the company was not as grueling as what he is going through now in “retirement”. The whole world seems to have conspired, he can’t get a break.
He’s already been through doctors and psychologists, he could run up and down the walls. What’s wrong with him?
The process leads to his childhood. To him and to his father. Who never really saw him because he was preoccupied with himself. Peter always tried to be seen. To catch the father’s eye. But it didn’t work because the father couldn’t. He got everything he needed, his childhood wasn’t bad. Only he was not seen. Didn’t notice at the time.
So what did Peter do unconsciously? He started working like crazy, always trying to be the best and build something, because his father has to see him at some point. At some point! The pattern was of course unconscious and it helped to ensure that he never let up and made the company really big.
Until “retirement”. This unconscious pattern suddenly came to nothing and almost plunged him into depression. Until we found it and solved it.
And this example is not an isolated case. Not at all.
At some point
At some point, you will reach the point where you have to face up to the part that seems to be missing. Or the one that somehow seems to be too much. Otherwise he will start to torment you.
There’s no shame in that, why should there be? You’ve also constantly sought help on your way to the top. Then you can do the same when you’re at the top. So that you can stay on top and enjoy it.
So let’s go together to find out which part is not where it should be and let’s work on it. It can’t be any harder than your way up, it’s definitely worth it. As always, I’ll start with my point of entry and then we’ll see what needs to be done and how to do it.

Always this discussion
Especially during discussions on social media, I keep coming across people who are in financially precarious situations and at the same time in a mentally victimized position. Whereby the one is naturally connected to the other, in a reciprocal relationship.
This often follows a very specific pattern. I mention that with the right mindset in combination with personal responsibility, it is almost always possible to improve your personal situation.
While my discussion partner rejects this outright and sometimes quite aggressively, always with the argument “I can’t afford it”. Because she’s a single parent, has a precarious job, high debts, you name it. Often in combination with the accusation that I only want to sell my service.
And these people are even right. I want to sell my service and yes, if someone has no money, they can’t pay for it. A vicious circle? Only if you don’t want to get out of it.
But you know what? You don’t have to buy anything from me to improve your situation. There are measures that are free of charge and that anyone can implement. Simply invest the time you would otherwise spend in front of the TV or on Facebook in implementing these steps:
Absolutely free
1. replace “I can’t afford that” with “how can I afford that?”
Replace the repetitive “I can’t afford that” with “How can I afford that?” You will be amazed at what this alone can achieve. Because if you constantly tell your brain that you can’t afford something, then your brain takes that as a fact. It is also formulated as a fact. This is therefore saved and repeated.
But if you say to yourself “how can I afford this?” you are giving your mind a task. And once you’ve done this a few times, it starts to deliver results. These may not be big steps right away and you won’t immediately become wealthy as a result. But you will notice that this has an upward effect.
And that’s not a stretch, that was exactly my first step when I worked my way out of a precarious financial situation. I’ve walked the path myself, so don’t tell me anything.
2. be interested in money
Take an interest in money. Most people who reproach me with the argument that they can’t afford this and that tell me in the next sentence that they’re not interested in money anyway.
It would all be so complicated and boring anyway. Well, they didn’t teach you at school. For good reason. The interest in money must come from you. It’s the same with any field of knowledge. If you’re not interested, you don’t know anything about it. If you want to know something about it, you have to be interested in it. Nobody does that for you, YOU have to do it. And that costs nothing at all.
3. find out about money
And then find out about money. This is the next step. The internet is full of information about money. In the beginning, it doesn’t even matter whether the information is correct or not, you probably can’t even judge that yet (professionals don’t always either, by the way). The very fact that you are starting to learn about it programs you to get and keep it.
Read something about money for half an hour every day. On shares, precious metals, investments, cryptocurrencies, etc. It’s about focusing your attention on the topic. This is also free, you have internet, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this.
4. realize that money is a form of life energy
Yes, you read that right. Money is a material form of life energy. You can convert life energy into money and money back into life energy. Once you’ve understood that, you’re out of the woods. Forever. Always keep that in mind.
5. decide to like money
You can detest money and people with money anyway. But it sucks.
“You can get by with very little and money isn’t important at all”, that could come from you? You assume that wealthy people have stolen everything and are therefore evil and everything should be taken away from them?
And that’s why you don’t want to become like them? Well, that’s also a decision, but then never again complain that you can’t afford something or that some evil rich person is to blame for something or the evil state … If you decide to be poor of your own free will, then stand by that decision and be poor.
If you don’t want that, then start taking an interest in money. If you ignore it, it will ignore you.
“Yes mei, there was nothing we could do”, as the Bavarian says. If you don’t want money, you won’t get any, it’s as simple as that. It doesn’t fall from the sky, it’s on the street, you just have to want to pick it up. And if you want it, but you don’t feel like dealing with it, you won’t get it either. You can’t not want money on the one hand, but on the other hand wait for someone to give you some just like that.
6. take care of your money
Honestly, what does your wallet look like? What does the money look like in there? I’m sure you have a little bit in there, you have to buy from something. Even if it’s just a little, do you treat it with respect? Do you welcome the money you receive? Or are you ignoring it?
Take care of your money. The one in your wallet and the one in your account. Check your online banking every day and be grateful for what’s there. Even if it is little. Make lists of incoming and outgoing money. Write everything down, every money movement.
Smooth out banknotes when you get them and remove the dog-ears. Don’t crumple it up carelessly. This programs you. This directs your focus and ensures that your mind comes up with something.
7. read a lot, not just about money
Read a lot! Check Amazon for free ebooks. There are a lot of them and they all have in common that they make you smarter just by reading them and give you new approaches. Even if not all of them are immediately practicable, they will feed your mind with new options.
Or borrow books. Books about money, books about entrepreneurs, books about mindset, books about history or even novels. You can often learn an amazing amount from them too.
8. don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. Sure, you can find a lot of information on social media, but also a lot of garbage that steals your time. Reduce the time you spend just “fiddling around”. Use the internet to get information and then go out again. The same applies to the television.
Two hours of TV every night is two hours every night that you don’t read, think about wealth, educate yourself or sleep. Which is also not entirely unimportant.
9. learn languages and further your education
Make a career! That sounds like a bad joke to someone in a precarious job (and there are a hell of a lot of them). It was the same for me, I started my career at Stadtwerke München. There is simply no career at Stadtwerke. Is not planned. Only a “raise” according to years of service, which at the time was just as much a joke as the pay in general. That wouldn’t even have been enough to pay the rent in Munich, I lived with my parents for a damn long time.
The career thing was also a joke for me at the time. But it is not. You can also get better at the last “dirty job”. And if you get better and are also interested in money, you will also earn more money, because at some point you will start to demand more because you perform better. And if you can’t do that in the job you have, then you look for another one. This does not lead directly to wealth, but to an improvement. Even if it’s only 50 euros more per month at first.
Are you continuing your education? Honestly? That costs money? No, not necessarily. You can learn languages completely free of charge (with Duolingo, for example) and learning one or more foreign languages will definitely broaden your horizons and therefore your opportunities. And don’t forget the books!
10. demand money for your performance
This is the point at which an astonishing number of people fail. This seems to be particularly often the case with women. I may be wrong, but that’s my experience. Men are more likely to demand something. Some people do a lot, can do a lot but wait for the boss to realize what they can do.
And if they don’t, they just do more. Until he finally sees it and pays them more money. But he never does, why should he? YOU have to demand it yourself and do so regularly. Make a list of everything you do and then go to the boss and ask for more. No, don’t moan that your salary isn’t enough, nobody cares and certainly not your boss. He wants to see facts, as if they were facts. Tell him what you do and demand compensation for it. Again and again.
And no, of course you’re not making yourself “popular”. If you work to be popular, don’t complain about money. But if you work to earn money, don’t make yourself “popular”. Demand compensation for your performance! You can be popular at home.
11. the bonus: My newsletter
He comes 1-2 times a month and of course, he primarily offers my services. But it also always contains information that you can implement without having to book anything. And it reminds you that this article is here. And that you can implement the points in it. Not just once, but continuously. Prosperity is not a one-off action, but an attitude.

With little money
Not free, but with little money you can do even more. Buy books that will help you. I rarely recommend specific books, but what is an absolute classic is “Rich dad, poor dad”. It’s easy to understand and teaches you some of the most important basics for a financial mindset that will get you ahead. Read it and read it again and again. Even I like to look in there from time to time. It is simply written and easy to read for everyone.
Then continue with books on investments, finance and history. The more connections you understand, the broader your horizon becomes.
And then you will slowly get out of your “hopeless” situation.
The side effect
The side effect of this will, of course, be that you project less and less blame onto circumstances and others. Because you realize more and more how many possibilities you have despite everything.
And then at some point you will find yourself in a situation where you have to pay a little something to get ahead. Even if it’s not yet a coaching package, it might be the yanama_healing. Almost everyone can afford it and it will get you further. Always one step at a time and always upwards, that is important.
And it all starts by pausing for a moment and starting with point 1 above. It requires neither money nor time nor great effort. But it may be the first step into your new life.
It is a decision. It was one for me back then and it is one for you too!
Let’s play dumb. What is a shaman?
A shaman like that is not a saint to begin with. Not at all. He’s not a guru or anything. He’s a completely normal person. Just like you and me. But he can do something that not everyone can. The shaman has contact with the world of spirits and demons and with the level of the soul. And he doesn’t just have the contact, he can talk to them and not just talk, he can even work with them and achieve something.
And he does. Every day and actually always. Not only when someone is there who is hurting. But then especially. Of course he can’t conjure the problem away, otherwise he wouldn’t be a shaman but a miracle healer … or Ratiopharm.
But he’s not, he’s a shaman. And the shaman is like a mountain guide. He takes the people up to the summit and helps them and shows them the best way to walk or climb and makes sure that nothing happens and that the bad wolf doesn’t come. But he doesn’t go up for them, he doesn’t carry them up and he doesn’t run ahead and then shout “you can come” from above.
Nope, he doesn’t. He takes you by the hand and goes up there with you. Even if it hurts or is difficult or you want to give up. Then he’ll take a break with you, but then he’ll carry on. Until we’re both at the top!
A shaman like that is not a guru!
At the top
And when you get to the top, it’s like a release. So, then you have released all your old traumas and the beliefs that prevent you from being fully YOU.
Then you will also have the courage to live your life the way you want to and then do it. Nobody will talk you into it, nobody will dare to do that. Then you know that all the crap you went through along the way was worth it. Everything is much easier then.
The path can be exhausting and sometimes you first walk around the mountain three times and then go up. But never mind, the shaman goes along with it. Because he’s been through it himself, he ran around the mountain too. He didn’t learn that from a book or at a seminar. Nope, he did it the hard way himself and now he knows how to do it.
What he doesn’t like, the shaman, are the people who sit on the mountain and moan that their shoes are pinching or the weather is bad or the third tree from the left is crooked. He doesn’t like that, the shaman, so he just leaves you there. Tough luck. But you’re not like that, are you?
Yes, that’s how he is, the shaman
The plastic shaman
And don’t let all those people who tell you with wide eyes and a reproachful tone what a “real” shaman is and what he is not drive you crazy.
This “real” shaman must be descended from other real shamans for at least the twelfth generation. He must definitely be an “indigenous person” and live in the jungle. Or have spent at least 45 of his 35 years of life there.
He must be vegan, he must – more importantly – be poor (but still be able to help you with your money problems ), he must be an absolute do-gooder and donate at least everything from his non-existent income (because he doesn’t take any money) to someone.
He needs at least one certificate confirming that he is a real shaman.
Under no circumstances should he take part in modern life (but he must understand the problems of modern life and be able to solve them for you), he must not live in a city or even drive a car.
He has to meditate or do yoga all day and he has to live on ayahuasca. Of course, he has to be able to dance and sing as well as perform endless ceremonies.
Now THAT is a real shaman. All others are merely “plastic shamans”
If you’ve picked up on the sarcasm, then you’re on the right track and certainly not here on my (plastic shaman) site by chance.
Fun fact: The term “shaman” comes from the Tungusic language area, where Mongolia is located today. So much for the jungle …
What is healing?
For the shaman, healing means that YOU live your soul potential to the full. That you are completely here in this world and completely healthy. That there are no more old blockages or behavioral patterns or beliefs or fears or who knows what else. When you have processed all this, then you are whole.
This is often a long road and it may be exhausting, but it is worth it and how. And I’m still here too. I’m not walking the path for you and I’m not carrying you either. But I’m here to look after you, show you how to do it and help you. And then you can do it, no matter how deep in the shit you are now.
If you are ill, then of course you still need to see a doctor or alternative practitioner first, because the material level also needs to be looked at.
But that’s not all, because deep inside you, there’s always a cause on the spiritual level, in the “soul”. If there is an imbalance, perhaps deep in the ancestral line or a soul part that has split off or something else that is messing up your energy, then it will make you ill.
You can heal the body however you want, if the cause on the soul level is not resolved, then something new will keep coming up. Then you just get sick again or you just don’t feel well or you’re always exhausted and tired.
Sometimes you’re not really ill either. You are healthy because you don’t have a cold and nothing hurts. But you just feel like shit because your life isn’t yours and you actually want to be completely different, but you don’t know how.
Then it’s exactly the same. Then some part of you is not quite where it should be. In that case, we find out together what’s wrong and then we work on it. Emphasis on WE. I won’t cast a spell on you, you can always heal yourself. But it is also sustainable.
HB-Männchen reloaded …
Who is about to blow up?
For those who don’t know, the HB man was a cartoon character who advertised the HB cigarette brand from 1957 to 1984.
The HB male’s trademark was that he “blew up” at every opportunity, getting so excited that he flew away. The solution in the commercials was always to smoke an HB cigarette … The interested reader can find almost all of the old commercials on youtube.
Well, I wouldn’t recommend the cigarette solution at this point. But the principle is interesting.
This HB male exists quite often and if you are honest with yourself, you have to admit that you are one too from time to time.
Someone says something, or does something or is simply present and we are immediately at 180.
In the private sector
In our private lives, we generally avoid such people and surround ourselves with people who are “on the same wavelength”. It also works well, apart from the immediate family.
This, on the other hand, is often tough because you can’t avoid it. Sometimes all it takes is for “mom” or “dad” to appear on the phone screen and we are completely different people.
They fall into patterns of defiance or anger and seem to have no chance of changing this. Our closest relatives in particular always find the right buttons to push that send us into a helpless rage.
Such situations sometimes drag on for decades and not even the death of the relative in question brings a solution.
At work or in business
But what is it like at work or as an entrepreneur? Here, too, we rarely decide for ourselves who we work with. We get a team in front of us and we have to work with them. Objective and efficient.
Or we have to get along with our customers, and preferably with everyone.
We are professionals, we can do it. If it wasn’t for that stupid kreutzbirnmaumzefix….. guy who gets everything, really everything! gets the wrong idea. What’s more, he doesn’t work efficiently and doesn’t express himself precisely. And anyway, his ties are the worst thing … you could get upset. Upset!
And the boss is an ass… what he allows himself! In what tone he actually speaks to us. Not with me at all, no, rather how he treats colleague xyz. And she doesn’t even realize it. I could get upset about that. Get excited!
Or that one customer who always, really always, has a dozen more questions before he doesn’t buy after all. Or maybe it is. Or rather not. Or maybe he did, but he had one more question first …
Do you feel your energy drain just reading this? Where is she going? Not in the work and the result of the team and you won’t get the job either.
Such constellations have already caused entire teams to implode and prevented major projects. Not because there was a problem at a technical level or because something important was missing. No, simply because the team didn’t seem to “get along”. Or the boss not with the team, or the team not with the boss.
And there seems to be absolutely nothing we can do about it!
Sure, there are training courses that show us how to react and we can practise this to a certain extent. Bending ourselves, hiding behind masks, forcing ourselves not to react. But how much life energy that consumes!
It’s not our fault if we’re always being put in the team like this. And we then have to work with them. That CAN’T work.
What is really happening here?
Seen from the outside? What is going on here?
Is the colleague’s weird tie really a problem? Is the boss’s treatment of colleague xyz really our construction site? Is the colleague really working inefficiently and should we even care? Is that the case?
Is the customer with the many questions really a pain in the neck? Or is that just what we get?
Why does that trigger us so much?
And with this question we are already at the solution. With the question: “Why does that trigger US like that?”. It’s like a switch we have inside us and certain people seem to know it. And they keep pressing on it and we blow up every time. Like the HB male. Except that a cigarette doesn’t help us at all.
This switch is the sticking point. Where does it come from and why is it there? Finding out is the way to the solution. The causes of these switches, which are nothing more than automatic reaction patterns, often lie very deep. And they lie on levels that rarely have anything to do with our current everyday lives.
They lie in our childhood, often even in our ancestral lineage or even in earlier incarnations. Which is why it is so difficult to find them. First of all, we have to recognize that these switches exist and that it is not the other person’s “fault”. Then we have to go on a search and that practically always leads us to levels that we can hardly reach on our own.
In places that we often don’t want to see ourselves because they hurt. Because they are exhausting. Because they are in the dark. Often for so long that we can’t even consciously remember it. At the end of the day, it is the path to ourselves that we have to take. But it is worth it, this path. It is worth it.
When are you leaving?
All of this is solvable. These trigger points can be detected and resolved. There are often layers of conditioning, automatic behavior patterns and destructive beliefs that separate you from yourself and your true essence.
They keep throwing you off center and make you vulnerable to all those people who consciously or unconsciously know how to push your buttons and make you lose control.
Changing this is a process that I am happy to accompany you through. We always start with the introductory session, after which we see where the path leads and how we can walk it together.
What helps against anxiety
And I don’t just mean people who suffer from an “anxiety disorder” or are noticeably overanxious. No, I’m thinking of people like you and me, who generally don’t even realize how much space fear takes up in their lives.
Because we consciously or mostly unconsciously give this fear space. We don’t realize this because fear has always been part of our lives. But is every fear a meaningful part? Let’s try to shed some light on this question.
What is happening right now
What is happening in our society right now is a good example of what this article is about. It has been a long time since we have seen so clearly what fear does to people if they are not aware of it and do not see any ways of dealing with it.
The whole world seems to be in a panic, everyone is going crazy, people are behaving strangely and some of us are scared. Quite a few, in fact. Perhaps even almost all of them.
- Fear of contracting a virus and becoming ill from it
- Fear of having to spend the rest of their lives in social isolation
- Fear of losing their livelihood, their company, their job
- Fear of being forced into vaccinations and their (late) health consequences
- Fear of war or of a climate catastrophe.
- Afraid to stand up for themselves, they prefer to run along. In one direction or the other.
- Fear of being wiped out for good or suppressed forever by the evil elite
- Afraid of having to spend the rest of their lives clapping their hands to their foreheads from sheer madness …
But whatever it is, somehow it all boils down to fear. On all sides, in all countries, in all camps.
Certainly, some of the fears can be justified in real terms. The economic impact of socialist aspirations on the rise in Europe is not theoretical but very real, and so is the fear of it.
The fear of total control and oppression is not entirely unfounded and the fear of division, violence and ruin is quite understandable.
But many of the fears are not as real as we think. Because everything that revolves around a possible future is initially “only” a theoretical construct of our thinking.
Which, by the way, applies to most of our fears and worries. As a rule, it’s about things that we assume will happen and that will harm us.
They rob us of our life energy as a precaution. Just by the fact that we fear they could happen.
Two things
Two things happen as a result:
- If the fears actually come true, we have no energy left to counter the real threat, because we have already used up all our energy beforehand. Out of sheer fear of the downfall, so to speak, we went under long before the feared event.
- We manifest exactly what we are most afraid of. Because the universe always receives what has the most power behind it. And if this is the fear of doom, then it can only lead to doom.
Where does that come from?
It’s actually quite clear … actually: fear doesn’t just fall from the sky, it is based on a lack of basic trust in the natural course of events and in our ability to react appropriately when we need to react.
And this inevitably leads us back to our childhood, to our ancestral lineage, to past lives and generally to our way of fitting into the fabric of the universe. It leads us to split-off parts of the soul, to unlived dreams and visions. To limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns and and and.
It leads us to believe that we can’t change anything anyway.
The deer effect
Because all these patterns and entanglements are the reason why the theoretical constructs of our thinking consume so much vital energy long before an event actually occurs that we become almost incapable of acting.
We behave like the deer that is caught by car headlights on its way across the road and instead of running away, stops. And is run over.
This is not a theoretical model but a very real one. At the moment, this can be clearly seen in people who are standing frozen in shock in front of the possible shards of their existence, but still don’t act and wait like a deer in the headlights for the final impact. Or compensate for this impact by not wanting to acknowledge it. Talking up the world.
“I don’t need much to live” is a sentence I often hear. Or “there’s nothing we can do about it”, “it’s no better elsewhere” or “we’re actually doing well”.
Or entrepreneurs like to say “before I work on myself, the business has to be up and running again”. So the deer could say “before I run away, the car has to disappear first”. Well, it doesn’t, dear deer. YOU have to do something.
Solutions
Accept the existence of your fears and start to find and work on the causes.
The aim will be for you to be able to think and, above all, act clearly again. That instead of feeding your fear and waiting for the crash, you are already working on solutions that you can then implement quickly. That you change your situation in good time so that you can cope with any changes in circumstances. That you won’t be blown away by what might come. If it doesn’t happen after all, nothing is lost.
It sounds complex, and sometimes it is, but it can always be solved. No matter how deep you are in the shit. YOU have the opportunity to get out of it if you want to. I’ll be happy to help you with the “how”, that’s my job. However, you can make the decision yourself, no one will do that for you.
And in the end? The fear and, above all, the current insane panic in politics and the media is not gone, but you have your life energy back to yourself. You can invest the power you previously invested in fear in yourself. You are capable of acting and are no longer the victim of seemingly higher powers.
And THEN YOU can make a difference!
